This was the best purchase! It was the easiest chair I’ve ever assembled. The color of it is absolutely gorgeous and it is very comfortable. I use a stand up desk so I needed more height to it so I bought separate gas lift and it worked perfectly with the chair. My previous chair was leather and had it for about 3 years but it was just withering away on both the seat and arm rests, so it was time for a new one. I love the arm rests are like a solid foam material so all the material will definitely last. Rolls very smoothly and the back support is phenomenal. I like to also sit cross cross and the seat size is perfect and even with the help of the foot rest. The only thing I would mention is due to the fabric seating and possibly the arm rests over time it may dirty a little easier. To avoid that though I placed a fabric protector all over to keep the chair from any staining or dirt over time.

This chair is so comfortable. The cushion is plump and the material on the seat is smooth, not scratchy at all. I'm a short (5ft) person so I can sit criss cross on the seat with how big it is. But the pull out foot rest allows me to stretch out. I also like how the arms of the chair aren't cushioned with foam, but they have a slight gummy plastic on it. So it won't get grimy if you accidentally get ink or food on it. The recline feature works well, just make sure to pull the lever out, and push in to lock. If you want to bring the seat back up you have to unlock and push the back and then it'll come back up. Only thing I didn't really like is the head rest, it comes forward to much. My head doesn't really reach it either so I might just leave it off. It's easy to take it on and off at least. So save your bubble wrap if you want to store it!

UPDATE: I contacted the seller and this was a huge misunderstanding of the listing. They accidentally sent me a chair from an old batch of a previous listing version but immediately issued a refund. Very prompt communication and great service. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ ORIGINAL: Just received the chair and the assembly is easy and direct. However, one thing I am super not happy about is that the advertisement and the demonstration video both show that the headrest is adjustable. However, when assembling the chair, I noticed the headrest couldn't be adjusted and was also different from the one shown in the video. False advertising, not cool

Upgraded my basic home office chair. I work from home and it's very comfortable. Good lumbar support. I thought the head rest wouldn't work for me because I am 5 feet but is perfect. I wanted a foot rest and it's just what I needed. I can pull it out or fold it away. Super easy to assemble, base is sturdy and the wheels don't fall off.

I wanted something that had the ability to adjust a lot of settings, would fold in half, and had a foot rest. This chair has it all. The only thing I’m not really a fan of is the headrest placement but luckily the headrest is removable. So I just use my chair without it. Very happy with this chair

Has a nice feel with the arms and legs. The back support is great. But the pull out leg rest is absolutely amazing. When cleaning up the office/room area the ability to fold the chair and slide flat under the desk is just great. The leather premium gaming chair that I thought was the best has nothing on this chair and for the price.
