These are heavy duty and cook evenly. They are decently easy to clean bit dont skip the seasoning step. You may have to repeat it again at some point.

Easily the best and only frying pan that I've every tried that won't burn your eggs! Be certain to only have your flame or electric range somewhere between Low and mid-Medium. Put in a little butter is all you need. And, it will cook your egg to whatever degree you'd like. Giving you time to carefully monitor it without them burning.
