This bench is a nice compromise between cheaper, lightweight foldable benches and heavy, less portable ones. Took longer to unpack than to put together, and that's with me forgetting to consult the helpful video. The bench feels solid, and has adjustable feet to keep it from wobbling on uneven floors. I love the preacher curl pad, a welcome aid for bicep curls, and there's a pole to add one-inch weight plates for leg extensions, both of them removable. It's a bit heavier than the portable bench I was using, but it's still no problem to move and folds up more easily. Unless you're deep into serious weight lifting, or stand taller than six-three, this could be a great addition to your home gym.

I already owned a Flybird bench but decided to “upgrade” to this one for the preacher curl and leg extension attachments. I am 6’1” and found the leg extension and leg curl to be completely unusable. The position is not adjustable and simply does not allow the range of motion needed to do a useful exercise. The preacher curl attachment is nice and functional, but when it is removed, there is a post jutting out which makes it dangerous to sit down on the edge of the bench. This is a design flaw that could have easily been solved by making the preacher curl attachment post flush with (or below the level of) the bench. Very disappointed.

I have been looking for an adjustable bench that is beefy enough to handle whatever I need but also light enough to move 10' to open up space between lifts. This bench fits that bill very well. It adjusts to any angle you need for lifts, it's very stable, and I love the micro-adjustable feet on all four corners. If your floor is uneven, these feet make the bench as stable as it can possibly be. It's longer than many portable benches with an overhang at the head so you don't have to push the feet up against the cage. I have used the bench for bench press, incline fly, incline press, tricep dips, lat pulls, decline sit ups, preacher curls, and probably a few others I've forgotten. It's been rock solid for all exercises. I have not used it for leg extensions as I do not have 1" plates. The preacher bench is adjustable and comfortable for me. I would prefer it to be a little wider, but it's not a deal breaker. The preacher bench is easily removed to make it simpler to get in and out for incline press maneuvers. This bench will allow me to go down to one bench when I used to keep a portable flat bench and a separate adjustable bench that wasn't very portable to the side.

Definite improvement on my last adjustable bench. This thing took me about 35 minutes to put together and definitely feels sturdy, laying on it on an angle with dumbbells feels alright. I really like the padding and added leg extension and preacher curl bench. Great for at home gym, best thing about it is it folds and stores easily, really don't need much equipment, this thing helps me do it all.

Instructions are TERRIBLE! I usually put things together by just looking at the picture, but this was a little tough. Bolts and washers were not labeled, so you had to really had a tough time figuring out where eat bolt went. Instructions were not helpful at all. Finally put it together and it seems to be pretty accurate so far....time will tell.

This is a solid bench. It is easy to adjust and comfortable to use. If you are looking for a bench for curls and leg extensions, as well as other exercise, this is a good option. Assembly wasn’t hard, and took less than 30 minutes. All the tools and fasteners were in the package.

This is a great quality weight workout bench. You're able to fold it up, down, and many different ways to get what you want. There are endless ways you can incorporate this bench into your exercises and workouts. For the price and quality, it's more than worth it. Not too difficult to assemble either.
