Short version - sturdy and durable. Quiet and not ridiculously heavy. It has several different settings and the hand rope thingys that connect to the sides are helpful for balance. Longer version - I purchased this as a woman in her late 40s. Already several years post menopausal, I’d become very sedentary and about 20 lbs over weight. In the first month I couldn’t get through the full 10 minutes without having to stop to have a bowel movement! So that was interesting. My shins were sore and it was the strangest thing feeling movement and vibration in areas you don’t even think about, it’s difficult to explain you just have to feel it! I used it every morning and at night I used it sitting down( I have poor circulation to my feet so the stimulation before bed is nice). After that first month I noticed a considerable slimming in my face and neck, my shins no longer got sore and I could get through the 10 minutes without having to stop to run to the bathroom lol. I think because of the help getting my digestion moving I also appeared much slimmer in my pooch and love handles areas. I now use it at least 4 times a week and still quite often in the evening sitting down. I absolutely believe it loosens my muscles before stretching or yoga, has improved my digestion and in general has been one of the most effective pieces of health/exercise equipment I’ve ever bought. I purchased this FLYBIRD 4D Vibration Plate primarily to help increase bone density. I haven't used it long enough yet to measure results for that specific goal. I will try to update my review when I can get some result. Meanwhile, the machine is working as advertised and so far, I’m pleased with my purchase. The triple motor system with 4D vibration modes (oscillation, linear, and pulsation) provides a great workout experience. I appreciate that it operates quietly and feels stable during use. The 7-in-1 mode combinations give me plenty of variety in my sessions—so many that I’ve only tried out a few so far. What really sold me on this model was doing my research first. After consulting with a friend who’s knowledgeable about vibration plates, I made sure this one has the right Hz range (5.2Hz-40Hz). I had a bad experience years ago with a different plate that made me feel sick, but this FLYBIRD doesn't cause any discomfort. I actually feel great after using it. I love the cool lighting effects! The remote control is convenient, and I was really pleased that it came with color-coded resistance bands. Overall, excellent quality for the price point.

I asked for some more details on the different settings and I wanted to share their response. Sophie was very helpful and very responsive. I included the details below... Regarding your question about the three different icons on your Flybird vibration plate: Here’s what each symbol represents — Vertical Lines → Swing Mode — This mode moves the platform up and down, simulating a side-to-side rocking motion to help with balance and toning. Horizontal Lines → Translation Mode — This setting moves the plate left to right, helping strengthen core muscles and improve coordination. Horizontal Waves → Vibration Mode — This mode provides high-frequency vibration, great for deep muscle stimulation and relaxation. To achieve a vibration frequency of around 30 Hz, please select the mode with the horizontal waves icon, which represents the Vibration Mode. This setting activates the high-frequency vibration motor designed for deep muscle stimulation.

I absolutely love this product. It is high quality in both its frame and feature. When I first hooked it up I went by the instructions and connected it with my phone and got the remote out made sure it was right. Then I did some music with my phone normally set up to play with some tiny speakers in the room. I knew it sounded different and it was completely coming from another room. I looked around for where it was coming from and the music was coming from the actual vibration pad. I laughed so hard because I had no idea there was speakers in the vibration pad. And I tell you what the quality of the speakers is pretty darn good for being jostled around all; the sound the sound is stable

It works very well, but it will vibrate the floor. I recommend buying a rubber mat to go underneath it. This helped a lot after I purchased one for mine. It is easy to use and does help with my join pain.

I love this vibrating plate! It is totally worth the money and a great value! It's so easy to use, easy to move around if you need to, easy to operate and read, and sturdy while using. And I appreciate the remote control that comes with it. It definitely delivers on what it says it can do for your health.I love the way I feel after only 10 minutes on it! (Side note, I have found that using this vibrating plate daily has helped in regulating my digestive system too! Bonus!) I initially got it to help with circulation, which I do believe it has helped with. I just love the way I feel after I use it. Definitely worth it!
