    • excellent box of wood pieces
I was very surprised at the fine quality of wood in the box I received. 3 sides milled perfectly - when you put two pieces married together, there is very little visible fault line - will definitely order again when I run out. Some of the knots can be great with the addition of epoxy resin.

A nice mix of wood. Did have very few knots which is good. good product for the price. Gave only 4 stars had to go trim down the boards to make them straight.

I bought this to make working knife handles. I got 5 kinds of wood, only 2 were under 2 inches wide. The rest were 3/4 x2 x16 inches full dimension. The 2 undersize were padauk and I will still get 6 smaller knife scales from them. Very few knots. I am very happy and will order again.

Good sizes. But was going to use for the 'variety' which it lacked. If I could have some guarantee on the variety and less quantity I'd have been happier. But it is good quality wood. Plenty of it for small projects. May try one more time in the future but if I got the same woods I'd be disappointed. ... show more
