The FLOITTUY Square Metal Beep Alarm Clock Silent No Ticking is very quiet, inaudible more than a couple inches from your ear. It’s easy to adjust both time and alarm. The clock face is easy to read, the light is soft and not bright, just what you want in a darkened room. You must press a button on the back to turn on the light. The same button is used for a 4-minute snooze. Turning the alarm off requires you to move a switch on the back, so no just smacking the top. I’d like it more if the alarm off button was separate from the on-off function. The alarm function is a twelve-hour cycle, it can’t tell AM from PM. After turning it off when waking, you must remember to turn it back on in the evening if you want it to ring the next morning. I won’t be using the alarm function much if at all. ... show more

This square clock is as advertised. It's completely silent (no ticking). Setup was easy with just one AA battery. The green is a mint green and feels vintage/retro. I tested the alarm clock, plus the snooze function, and both worked as expected. The alarm is loud, but not as loud as my cell phone alarm on full volume, if that gives an idea of volume. Only thing is the logo on the clock face, which I'm not a fan of, but that's no big deal. This clock would look and work great on any bedside, at home or while traveling. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was hoping to replace using my phone with this, however, I can only get the clock portion to work properly. I can set the alarm, but when it goes off, there's no way to shut it off. I can't just flip the alarm to the off position and while I can hit the snooze button, it will just keep going off every four minutes. The ONLY way I've been able to turn off the alarm is by removing the battery. I also have to leave it out for a bit because if I put it right back in, the alarm will keep sounding. It takes a AA battery that is not included. I reset the alarm, and kept it in the off position, to see if it would sound or if I could at least use this as a clock. The alarm didn't go off. And while it does make a cute clock, I had hoped to use it as an alarm. ... show more
