Not sure how close to the bottom of the bowl most mixers can get but this one does not get very close. You definitely need to stop what you're doing regularly to scrape the bowl. However, I've been using this mixer for a while now and I've used everything on it except for the meat grinding features. It holds up to quite a bit. I've made a lot of bread and cookie dough with it. It whips cream quite nicely. It handled a double batch of bread just fine, and mixed a quadruple badge of chocolate chip cookie dough without issue. I've put it through some long shifts, and it's still working as good as it was the day I bought it. I really wish the beaters would make it to the bottom of the bowl better.

Gave this as a Christmas gift and was horrified when my son plugged it in and it would not work. The instructions state to make sure the power button is on, but there is no power button. We even looked it up on YouTube and it should power on when it is connected to power. I have been dealing with customer service since 12/26/25 and keep getting put off. I have been told ever time I called that they were going to replace it. On 2/9/26 I told them they needed to let me know something. They said they were going to replace it, but a supervisor had to notify me. They said I would hear something in 12-24 hours. It's been 48 so I called again and asked for a supervisor. Was told they were busy. Lol. Don't buy this product unless you want to waste your money and time.

So far so good! I’ve used almost every function in the first week and still is working well. Would advise if you are doing anything commercial this is not the mixer for you. I’m using for home use. So making a couple hamburger patties, some pasta and loaves of bread it works great
