Great for Rehab, Stress Relief, and Everyday Hand Strength This set of FlintRehab therapy putty has been a fantastic tool for both recovery and stress relief. Each of the four tubs comes with a different resistance level, clearly color-coded from extra-soft to firm, which makes it easy to progress as hand strength improves. I started with the softer putty after a wrist injury and gradually worked up to the firmer ones. It’s reassuring to know I can keep building strength at my own pace. The texture is just right—pliable and smooth without being sticky or crumbly. Unlike some cheaper putties, this one doesn’t leave residue on my hands or dry out, even after repeated use. I also appreciate that it’s non-toxic and silicone-based, which makes it safe for both adults and kids to handle. It doubles as a great fidget and stress-relief tool. I’ve found myself reaching for it at my desk while reading or on long calls, and it really helps keep my hands busy while easing tension. The individual containers are sturdy and portable enough to toss in a bag for travel or keep in a drawer at work. The only minor drawback is that the tubs aren’t airtight, but since the putty doesn’t dry out, that hasn’t been an issue. Recently I've been going to PT for carpal tunnel of my right hand. One of the exercises given was to use puddy to strengthen my hand. I ordered this set and it has worked quite well for my needs. The assorted pressure points make it easy to exercise my hand. As time goes on and I get my strength back I will move up onto the more challenging puddy in the sequence.
