Tried a different brand that what sticky as tar, and impossible to use. In contrast, this product is great, across the different colors/densities. Does not stick to skin. Gradual change in difficulty across colors, so useful as you gain strength. Amount of each color is also good, compared to some which sell in smaller amounts.

I have hand pain and a therapist recommended using therapy puddy. I started working with the softest one. It's perfect for my hand strength and I want to work my way up the different levels of toughness. There are complaints about stickiness, but it's just tacky and it Does Not leave any residue. Not even on its own container. I recommend cleaning your hands before use because that tackiness will collect any dirt, oils, skin flakes and anything else that might be on your hands and I imagine that build up could eventually make it really gross. So careful who you share it with, you wouldn't want to pick it up and discover that it was borrowed by a nose picker! I'll be bringing my own rather than using the puddy that everyone uses at therapy.

This set includes 4 different strengths. The softest is a good resistance to start with. Easier to get out of the container than others that I have had. This is also a good-sized ball of putty in your hand, where some others have seemed to not be enough. Happy with this product all around

Great quality! I would give it 5 stars but the medium firm consistency is very hard and the hard consistency is even harder. If they were all a little softer or more that were soft I could use with more patients in therapy, but no one I work with can use the 2 hardest ones because how firm they are in consistency.

My physical therapist reccomended this. And it really works for rehab of injured hands. Also a great stress reliever. CAUTION: like its cousin silly putty, this ooblek putty will "run" and stick to fabrics and paper. Always use it over a smooth, hard surface, and keep it in a covered container when not in use.

I play guitar and this exercise putty really helps to build up my hands. Worth the purchasw. We use to have buckets of this in the IT depts. where I worked. It helped keep hands strong for many hours chained to a keyboard.
