I would say it's a little larger than the size chart says. I ordered a M/L at 140lbs 5'3" and I had to tighten it as small as it would go. Thankfully it's pretty adjustable so I was able to tighten it down. Wish I'd purchased one of these a long time ago! The fit is so comfortable, super adjustable size, whistle included, and pockets! I'm not a little lady and most life jackets that do fit are severely uncomfortable but this is fantastic! The teal color is great too, exactly as pictured!! Can't wait to get out on the water! I really like this paddle life jacket. I have a short torso, and most regular life jackets feel bulky and uncomfortable, especially when sitting or paddling for long periods. This one fits much better and doesn’t ride up or dig into my shoulders. It feels lightweight, allows good arm movement, and stays comfortable the whole time I’m on the water.
