Having purchased a number of these flexible hoses, there's just no getting around the fact that they will fail eventually, especially if left outside in the elements. I purchased the Flexi Hose about a year and a half ago based on the lifetime warranty, hoping not to have to use it. Sure enough, the hose started leaking this week, and I emailed the company on Thanksgiving day expecting a response the following week. Not only did I get an email back almost immediately, once I gave them the requested information about my purchase, they shipped out a new hose to me right away, and it arrived on Saturday. I love how lightweight this hose is. I can pick the entire hose up and place it where I need it. We bought an inexpensive Rubbermaid holder that attaches to our home. It is best to put hose where you want and let it fill before use. When water is off let it drain.. As it drains, make sure it is not on cement or other material that will snag. It shrinks up as it drains. Pretty cool to see, bit also be aware it can be damaged as it becomes exposed to sharp materials as it drains. Use caution. I love this hose. It is just what we needed. Super easy to get out, use at full length and put back (keep it in a bucket under the hose spigot.). So he pot to not have to roll up the old hose anymore! Do notice a difference in the quality compared to family members other brands—this one is way easier to use than theirs. Does get frayed occasionally on rocks or concrete, but not as bad as other brands I’ve seen. Highly recommend! ... show more

If you are tired of wrestling with a heavy rubber hose, just get one of these. When these types of hoses first came out, there were a lot of cheap knock offs that didn't last long and unfortunately, people believe they're all the same; they are not. This is my 3rd quality hose, not because i'm replacing the others, but because i needed to add a 3rd after adding a hose bibb. I have had the other 2 for 3 & 4 years respectively. I do empty them every time i use them ( just run the hose until it stops; you will have appx.1 bonus liter of h20 in there) and put them away in the garage in the coldest part of winter. (easy to do bc they don't take up much space at all) I love anything that makes life easier and this definitely does ... show more

This is a wonderful hose! Flexible, lightweight and easy to store. The only thing I would say is not to drag it on the ground too much (i.e. assist it with your hands a bit) as it’s made of fabric and can get scuffed up by the patio, pine cones, etc. We purchased the 100ft hose last summer, but last week the nozzle came undone from the hose when I was unscrewing it from the faucet. DON’T DO THIS, because it’s impossible to reconnect. I reached out to Flexi Hose via their website (flexihose.com) and got an incredibly swift reply. Now, not a week later, we have a new hose in our yard! We’re very pleased, both with the product as well as the excellent customer service. ... show more

This hose is awesome. It is super lightweight and simple to store. The nozzle that came with it has several different settings and seems to be quite powerful. I just needed a hose for the backyard but it has far exceeded my expectations. It lengthens when you turn on the water and when the water is off, it shrinks backs down to a way smaller size. I also like that it has a turn off valve on the nozzle so you can stop the water completely without having to walk back over to the faucet to manually turn the water off and then back on for small amounts of time.
