I bought this hose last December 2020. This hose has not lasted even 1 year. It already has sprung a large leak rendering it unusable. I have always made sure all water was out of it every time I use it and also turn the lever off till the next time I use it. I have used it almost daily for this whole past year. But I would think it should last longer then this. Now I have to buy another one. But it won't be from this brand. Don't recommend it. Update: I contacted the company, and they responded the next day. My hose has a lifetime warranty! And they are sending me a new hose. I don't think any of the other flexible hose companies have that. Now that's what I call great customer care. Let's see how long it takes. 7/26/22 Still have the same hose that the company sent me. Still working great and no leaks. My favorite hose. Won't ever buy any other kind. I have recently bought one for a few friends. They are so easy to carry around and put back after use. I ordered both a 75 t and a 50 foot. The 75 foot developed a leak and after contacting to company they replaced it without question. The hoses are light weight, and do not get hung up while watering plants.

    • Great hose but not durable
I love this hose and keep buying it because it’s easy for me to water all my plants in my large yard and I like how compact it is. However, I keep buying them because a plant will puncture a hole in it and I need a new one. Just something to consider if you have any pokey plants.

    • Lightweight, easy to handle
Wow, always bought heavy duty hoses in my life because I never wanted to deal with cracks or holes. They are so heavy and unless you buy a hose housing that rolls it up then you know it takes more time to put it away than anything. So far this hose is great, light , easy to put back and works like a hose should. I've read reviews and some ppl say just be careful not to step on it while it's full of water or it can pop. I've been very careful not too. So far so good, if this thing lasts for while then I'll never buy a regular hose again. ... show more

    • Hose burst
Loved the hose when I first got it but only 4 months later it burst. The hose was left on while we were out of town. Got a text from my neighbor that water was running into the street on the day we returned. The hose had burst up by the connection to the faucet, causing a major water leak. Contacted Flexi Hose but never received any feedback. I was hoping they would replace it since the box says the hose was tested in temperatures between 41 and 113. It was only in the 90s up until the day we returned when it exceeded 100 degrees. Nobody was using it, it was simply lying on the porch. I bought this 75' hose to cover my front and backyards. I wanted a lightweight hose rather than a heavyweight rubber hose. This one so lightweight, and once you drain the water from the hose it shrinks up and easily fits into the hose stand. With my arthritic fingers this flexible hose easy for those in the senior citizen age range so easy to handle. In the winter, unlike the rubber hoses, it shrinks up and easy to pack in small space.     • Broke after a year and a half update
TLDR: Bought 2 hoses. Both lasted about a year and a half. Got an easy replacement for each of them from Amazon. SAVE THE BOX as you'll need the info for the replacment. Yes you get a relplacment, but that high cost that will give you 2 hoses that will only last you 2, maybe 3 years years max. Pros: I loved this hose, because it was so light and compact. It never kinks. I can easily carry it elsewhere if needed or just bunch it up when done. When it breaks, you can get a quick replacement on Amazon, but you must provide the box code/barcode and picture of the broken hose. Cons: Pressure is lower than using a regular hose. You'll need to wait until it fills up to fully stretch, but if your pressure is low (like when sprinklers are on) the hose can shrink and not be as long as it can be. Both of my hose that I bought at the same time stopped working about a year and a half mark. I think it states it will be best if in the shade. I had one partially in the sun and one all in the shade and they both broke at around the same time a few months apart. We originally paid about $50 each hose and now I see it's priced at $60 a hose. You get a replacement when it breaks. Pretty much it's like paying $25-$30 a hose that will last you 1 and a half year each. You're only going to get 2-3 years max for the total amount you pay. It just sounds really expensive and we're looking into other options once this new replacment breaks. ... show more

This is a well made hose and is working as advertised. It really does expand well and we like the closure switch on the end. It’s a good solution to needing a longer hose while not wanting to store a long hose.
