• I'm 5'4" and so excited to have a chair that is the right height & length, and doesn't cut off the circulation in my legs. • The purple color is rich and lovely, it's a true purple, not as magenta as the photo appears. • The directions were easy to follow, and assembly was quick. (one assembly observation worth mentioning here is that the plate that attaches the seat back is designed to *overlap* the plate that sits on the piston) • The padding feels comfy and not overly smooshy • The pleather vinyl is soft and nice some other notes: • I left off the arms, this doesn't affect the functioning or performance of the rest of the chair. Arms could be attached at a later date if I wished. (except I oddly received two right arms) • I can see how this chair might work well for kids, but it's definitely made for adults (despite many reviews otherwise). at 5'4" I have it lowered to a fairly low setting. The seat depth is blissfully shorter than most office chairs that dig in to the back of my knees when I sit in them. Sitting in this chair I feel comfy and supported. The seat width feels just right—it's wider than a typical kitchen chair. • I put bell glides on instead of the included wheel casters. (so I don't accidentally run over my cat's tail) I used these: MySit Bell Glides 5pcs Heavy Duty Replacement, 7/16"x7/8" (11x22mm) Stem, Changing Movable Swivel Office Chairs Caster Wheels to Fixed Stationary Castor to Protect Wood Floor(BellGlide_Short) and they fit perfectly (standard 11mm x 22mm B-sized stem caster replacements). It's a cool chair. I love the color. I bought the purple chair to match the purple theme of my bedroom. It was extremely easy to put together. It didn't require any tools to put it together. It's kinda small though. I'm 5'1" tall so the chair is the perfect size for me. My brother is 5'11" tall and he was able to sit in it just fine, but I'm sure a lot of tall people would probably want a bigger chair than this. Especially, if they want to sit in it for long periods of time. The thing I appreciate most about the chair is it's affordable price. It's the best looking chair in this price range. All the other chairs in this price range look plain or ugly, so it was nice to find a cheap chair that actually looks nice. ... show more

Literally the worst chair ever. I loved it for about a year, then, the chair started going down on its own. Mid meeting, the chair goes down, move a little, the chair goes down. I loved the color, but the chair lasted for less than a year.

I am 6'2 225lbs and it is comfortable for me. only reason I gave it 4 stars is because how it was packaged. the packaging caused a small scrape on the side of the chair however it was barley noticeable so I did not return it. ... show more

This is a very pretty chair and the perfect size for me (I am very small, 4'11 and 97lbs) but, it's wobbly. I've gone over it several times and I'm fairly sure I put it together right but it just does not seem stable. There are also no words on the instructions so I feel I can't be certain. I'm a little scared of it, I did not put the wheels on because that just seems like a death wish. The chair seat does not firmly attach to the 'stem' it just sits on top of it.. I just got the chair and put it together today (4/26/16), will update if I figure out I did something wrong or if it breaks on me. ... show more

This is a great chair for older kids and teens. We bought 2. Its very easy to put together and the cushion is nice. Rolls great. Only problem was the package of nuts and bolts was already opened and we were missing one. They are a special size so we couldn't improvise. We had to just leave it off.
