The chair was easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. I did find one of the parts was damaged. Fortunately it was just a cosmetic piece and does not impact the overall functionality of the chair. The box was pretty beat up when I received it so I dont think the damage is a shortcoming of the product but rather some rough handling during transit. Not the hardest to assemble, but does require some effort as you would expect. If you're looking for comfort, this is not the chair. It is not comfortable to sit on for hours. I'm very happy with this purchase. Great value for a simple computer desk chair for home. It's more on the compact side and reasonably comfortable, stable and solid. It's just what I wanted. Assembly took a bit longer than I would have liked. Some people may have trouble with it.

I was a little hesitant with this purchase as I had to assemble it upon arrival. It was quite easy to put together and I was very happy with how comfortable it is. I needed a sewing chair and am happy I chose this one. It is still brand new so I do not know the durability of it yet.

dont buy this, the back snapped off!! It has a back that moves slightly, but watch out I was stretching and bam!!!! It snapped and the whole chair went over with me in it. Landing on my backside, tailbone, which is still bruised badly. Would have sent a picture of that, but, figured not a good plan. I have had 2 hips replaced and a wrist with hardware in it, so didn't feel good when I hit the hard floor, and I am still hurting. O.K., I am 5'5", and weigh 135, so you would think it could handle that. Another review the same as mine and he has gotten no where, come on amazon. I already have a bad back because of my illness, this hasn't helped! What ever you do, don't let your mind drift while working at your desk in this chair and lean back to stretch (like it states you can), because you could end up on the floor!! Buyer beware, don't buy, expect injuries!!!!! ... show more
