I've been looking for an inexpensive ergonomic chair to replace an old fabric office chair that I've had forever and has started hurting my back. This model was similar in design to some expensive chairs that I've seen online, so I decided to give it a try. I was a little nervous as there weren't a lot of reviews, but I know Amazon has awesome customer service if there were any issues. Here is what I found... Easy to assemble - I had to assemble my son's gaming chair that he got a few months back and that was a complete nightmare. This on the other hand was a complete joy. I literally had 20 minutes before I was going to watch Survivor with my kids. My kids were pestering me that I was going to miss it, but I got it done in 21 minutes, so I just missed the opening credits. Comfortable - I work at home 2-3 days a week and I found that when I worked at home my back and legs were killing at the end of the day. This chair has been awesome. I've found in the few days that I've used it so far, my back feels great and I don't have the pains behind my legs. I also love the mesh seating. It flexes to your body and has a little spring to it. Tall back and headrest - I'm 6' 2" and with the headrest in the highest position I'm able to lean back and get great support for my neck and back. Adjustable arms -. One really cool feature is the adjustable arms. They can go up and down with an easy push of the button and they pivot sideways to adjust with whatever is the most comfortable when you are working. I'm really happy with this chair. It makes working from home so much better. Great chair, good quality, Sadly due to UPS's Terrible Package Handling the Head Rest Piece came a little damaged. No option to replace it other than returning the entire chair and getting a refund from amazon entirely or contacting seller for a replacement part.

Just got this chair in because i wanted something that would support my lower back better than my previous chair. The chair so far is great. Easy to assemble, the chair feels very, very durable. Time will tell how long the mesh bottom stays comfortable... but yo, no joke... that open bottom mesh seats do NOTHING to muffle when you try to let one loose quietly. If you use this chair in an office, pray to god ya'll got carpets or bring your own cushion, cause otherwise you gonna pingin' everybody's location all day. ... show more

    • Lumbar support pushes my lower back forward - really hurts my lower back

I've had this chair 3 days. The seat you sit on is comfortable. The mesh is very comfortable. However the lumbar support is too far forward and pushes my lower back forward on the chair resulting in much back pain. I have turned the chair upside down and the lumbar support cannot be moved any further back. With the chair pushing me so far forward, the front edge of the seat hits the back of my thighs 4" behind the knee, not comfortable. The only way I can get relief from the support pushing me too far forward and hurting my back is to lay the chair back at an angle and lock it - and that makes it so I cannot work at my desk. I threw the box out (burned it up) and even if I hadn't, the chair is far too difficult to take apart and return. I left the chair outside on my porch and called a friend with many family members and told them to come get it. They came and the first person to sit in it immediately found it uncomfortable. Then another person sat in it and she liked it - and claimed it as her own. Whether this love affair will continue, I don't know but I pray SOMEONE gets some use out of the $200 I spent on this chair 3 days ago, around April 1, 2020. I went to the garbage can and got the parts out for my old chair and put it back together - it is far more comfortable than this Flash Furniture Ergonomic chair...surprisingly I've never sat in a chair that hurt my back as much as this new one. For me it was a total waste of $200. I'll never buy another desk chair without sitting in it first. ... show more

Arrived within 24 hours after ordering, assembled in less than 15 minutes and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have a terrible habit of hunching over my keyboard but the back of this chair is super supportive and contours to my body while the armrests adjust to the same height as my desk which makes maintaining better posture much easier. I found the seat to be very uncomfortable. There is a foam insert at the front of the seat. At the point where the mesh continues beyond the foam insert, there is a dip in the mesh where it is not touching my legs. The result is an uncomfortable ridge that nearly cuts off the circulation to my legs. Additionally, I found it uncomfortable on my two sit bones. Overall, there is a feeling of inconsistent support across the seat. I did like the lumbar and back support. That felt great. The operation and adjustability of the chair is quite good.
