I was in the market for an electric outdoor heater (those gas ones weren’t cutting it any more - it just got way too inconvenient to have to keep buying the canisters.) I was happy to receive it right before thanksgiving (since the initial projected delivery date wasn’t until first week of December) so I put it to good use immediately. I watched my husband and cousin assemble it and got it done in no time with the help of a screw driver. During the assembly, we immediately noticed the dents and scratches on the product (see attached pictures) as well as a footprint on the box. It was a turn off, for sure, since it clearly shows there was NO care for this product. But the verdict was still out since the most important question answered here is: does it do that job. And the answer is: yes, it does. We love the timer feature as well as the options with the heat level. I felt we could use a little bit more warm (or hot) since we hardly have barriers in my patio to keep the cold away, but it does help. Wish I didn’t get them scratches or dents, though, and that footprint on the box… hmmm…. ... show more

I was so disappointed when mine came with no instruction manual and missing the remote!! Plus it heats ok up high but not so much from knee level down 😓 UPDATE: Seller contacted me and resolved this issue to my satisfaction 🤗 Great customer service!!

Love this heater. I recently built an outdoor space and this was the perfect edition, especially now that it’s so much colder out. It was easy enough to assemble too.

    • Seems high quality product but was used when I opened as a new ordered product
The product seems high quality itself. Unfortunately, when I opened the item, it was heavily used. The top was scuffed all over the top. The base had gravel and dirt lodged into the base. Seller offered an additional discount to accommodate, but it's disappointing since I did not buy it as a used product and now have to go through the hassle of a return. Seller stated 'it is new' so if every new one comes like this, I do not feel comfortable exchanging and going for a new one. :( Again, sad to post this review since the product seems fine if it were actually new. ... show more
