Great torch for starting bonfires, the handles far enough to not get you burnt and this this pushes out flames quick. Overall I love it , it’s easy to use and functions better than expected .

The torch works well, easy to use. Great and helpful outdoor equipment. But it has a trick that's important to know: the heat wave that's coming from the torch is so strong that it will seriously damage any vegetation 3" ahead. It's an important watchpoint if you are touching the weeds on the driveway that has other desirable plants growing around that you don't want to damage/burn. In that case reduce the gas supply to a minimum and position the torch end away from the good plants, or don't burn the weeds in this section at all. Thanks!

Got this to kill weeds in paver driveway . I put it on full and hit the handle burn the weeds in an instant also burned all the hair off my legs. Once I stopped laughing I figured out the right settings it works great. Weed s are gone and legs are silky smooth.

This is my 3rd flame thrower and I believe to to be the best one yet. I like the welded head because the 1st one fell apart and ultimately the head actually melted. The next one was from Harbor Frieght and it would go out periodically when in operation and was too short. It also required a Wrench to attach it to the bottle. I also do not like the ones with an ignighter because my first one by the head melted as the head gets HOOOOOT. Update: I discovered the initial letting is a Pilot-light only You must hold down the spring loaded handle to get it putting out the max heat. I am also having problems keeping it lit! This is turning into a problem and may result of the item! Some times I have to light it 10 times in a row which I never had issues with my first one. I am going to try pre-heating it with the Pilot, (Preheating did not help)

We bought to burn off gravel driveways after weed killer and it works great for that too but we used it on a landscaping job where vines took over a chainlink fence. Made our job cut in half the time! Size is perfect. Came with lighting tool that light instantly, lightweight for ease of mobility. No gas leaks were noticed by us. Caution - flame is intense, consider surroundings like buildings & other flammable objects. Recommend for large properties with vine issues or driveway weed clearing especially if you want to avoid herbicides.

This torch did an excellent job burning the weeds in the driveway. My bluestone driveway was overtaken by weeds and this torch quickly redefined the driveway. Very durable and easy to use.
