It have been around two weeks for getting this sofa set, our family are very satisfied with it so far. We enjoy sit on them almost every afternoon. Super useful and comfortable. There are several points about this set I would like to share. 1. Easy to assembly. It delivered in three big and heavy packages in three days. Each package contained one or two sofa seats. It come with an instruction paper which is easy to read and the hardware sets. The assembly was easy, not need additional tools. It took me almost one hour per package to set up. I done it all by myself. 2. The cushion is water-proof and comfortable. when it was raining day, I kept the cushion outside. The next day I went out to check, the cushion was still dry and clean. Easy to maintain. The cushion is not very thick, however it still feel comfortable to sit on it. Based on its price, I can accept it. 3.Tt is good deal to get such beautiful sofa set in this price. I searched the similar set on the other website, like costco.com and homedepot.com, the price are all over one thousand, so I come back here to buy. It turn out very well. Update: Got new cushions because this tore and hurt my back and bum. I ended up using strong velcro. I am looking to add a seat or two to make it an "L shaped" sectional. I spent alot of time looking at different patio sets. I wanted a chaise lounge and for it to have arm rests, and most importantly, not cost a fortune. I pulled the trigger on this! Boxes all came super early, which I was so excited about! There are 3, plus a little box with two extra cushion covers arrived later. Now,I am an avid furniture builder (shout out to Ikea) so I was able to do this on my own. I opened each box and did a parts check prior to building. I wasn't missing anything. Woohoo! Directions are not too challenging. It does require you to flip it over at certain points which isn't depicted, but I managed just fine. A few screws were a challenge, even when I was careful to screw them in all at once. Also, one of the adjustable feet came a bit bent, not tree end of the world. I have now used it for a week. The cushions are on the thinner side, but its comfy and waterproof. The back pillows slide down and fall, which I find a bit frustrating. I'll probably velcro them in place. Also, the actual rattan pieces dont fix together, so we experience some separation at times. I love that you can put the chaise lounge on either side. Overall, for just over 500 bucks, its totally worth it! ... show more

I love this patio set. It was kinda difficult to put together and my fingers hurt so be prepared for that lol. Everything went smoothly other than one of the adjustable peices underneath came broke so I messaged the seller to request a new one since it was broke upon arrival. Other than that it is super comfortable. I will be getting velcro to hold the back covers on and maybe zip ties so the peices don't pull apart while sitting on them. I was expecting a little bit more considering the reviews and price. The cushions are disappointingly thin. Like feel the support bars when you sit, thin. It’s is also much smaller than I expecting. I guess if your are a small person it’s fine but for a family of taller than average people, it’s really low and awkward to sit on. It looks nice, color was true to the picture. My husband said it wasn’t too bad to put together. It will do for now but I know the cushions will only last a season and the whole unit, maybe 3-5 years. ... show more

This looks like a nice product when I viewed, the price was definitely right and the product name is reputable. It was delivered in several boxes, staggered over a week. The third box was damaged.... After opening the first box and the second box.. we decided we were going to return it... And then another box came in ( had no idea shipping details were not clear) damaged. So we could not be sure I did not suspect anything was missing but was very hesitant to attempt assembly, many boxes and so many pieces. The company was absolutely awesome and understanding , they guarantee they would ship me any missing pieces . I am not this brave when it comes to assembly! great value for the money if you are the type of person that likes to put things together! ... show more

3 boxes came within a day of each other. Easy to assemble, but TONS of screws that take an Allen wrench. Tighten each screw evenly as you go along to ensure all the pieces get matched up or you’ll find yourself loosening all of them to align the pieces. The pieces are small. Not what you would consider “full-sized.” The chairs hit about mid-back so you can comfortably put your arms along the back of the couch. The cushions are somewhat thin but comfortable. Some reviews commented on the color of them but mine are beige in color as I expected. The wicker feels plasticky but sturdy enough. The cushions do side a bit but there’s little attachments to keep them from falling all the way off. Taking into consideration the price and reviews, I feel I got exactly what I expected. It’s a great set for the price. No broken or missing pieces. The boxes were quite heavy. ... show more
