Finally assembled it today using power tool instead of what was included. Handles attachment feels flimsy, will ask my husband to maybe work on it by changing or adjusting screws. Overall very easy to assemble. Result feels unstable overall, and that model on pic is definitely around 5feet tall and under 130lbs :D I am 5.6 average weight, and I could use a bigger frame to feel more stable, and to have a better track. I feel like I have to concentrate on not falling more than on exercising. Anyway, I will give it a try, I could feel abs after a few attempts, but, again, not the best in terms of stability and comfort. I hope I could fit it somehow under the bed or in my closet. Would not recommend to anyone higher than 5.6 and weighted over 170.

Easy to assemble, works as expected. It does feel like the handle bar portion is a little short for the position you need to use it in, but we make it work. It can just feel a little awkward. Otherwise, my husband and I have both been using it daily and it's great! It handles the same with 180lb human and 240lb human. Definitely a good purchase.

If you’re anything like me, once you get used to an ab exercise, it seems to get easy fast and lose its effectiveness. This has caused me to end up having a ton more ab machines than I have for other muscle groups. Thankfully, this one works great and my body hasn’t seemed to adjust to it nearly as fast as other ones I’ve purchased in the past. It was relatively easy to assemble with clear instructions, I’d say it took about 20 minutes in total and I’m not very handy. The unit itself is lightweight and easy to move around, but sturdy enough to stay in place and not slide around while in use. It’s got a small footprint and easily stores away in the corner or closet. In terms of the exercise itself, it works great! Smooth and fluid movements, and the way that you’re having to use your body weight to pull up is a less common way to exercise your ab muscles, which for me has led to a much more efficient workout. Highly recommend picking this up.

Decent but needing improvements. Handles to short. Made longer by putting 1-1/4 x10 black iron nippmes over them and covering with foam rubber pipe insulation for cushion. Arm rest padding was hard and uncomfortable. Added additional padding. After that was done the actual functionality of the machine is great. I use this as my active rest go to between sets of other exercises. Great workout

There was no problem putting it together. It is light to lift and carry when relocating its place. It is also sturdy. I'm an active 60-year-old woman but never fond of ab workouts. I have been looking for simple and easy-to-use home equipment that strengthens the ab muscles without putting strain on the back or neck. On my first try on it, I did 1 set, 20 reps at a steady pace that was comfortable for me, and I must say, it was a workout. I felt the burn—no straining on my back or neck. My forearms/triceps/upper back, and shoulders also had their workout. You'll use these areas to pull yourself up to a crunch, making it a bonus workout. The battery operated LCD monitor is made of cheap plastic, but it is a nice feature to have if you want to count reps, minutes and track your time. Overall, I'm enjoying the use of it while getting a good workout.

Quick and easy to assemble. But let's get on to the usage. So my abs are seriously out of shape and have lost a lot of strength. The first time I got on this I couldn't even hardly do one. On the second day I made it to two. By the fourth day I made it to 10. I'm now in my second week and I'm doing 15 per session three times a day. I am very impressed with this abd fitness equipment. I've never been able to work my abs before because it always hurts my back. This has no effect on my back at all and causes absolutely no strain or pain. That's my favorite thing. Also I am building great strength in my stomach and core. I haven't lost a lot of abdominal fat yet but that will take time and I need to get my reps up. So if you need a good abb workout and need to build core body strength plus have back problems or don't want back problems, This is a great solution. Do what you can every day and after two weeks it will be a lot easier. I'm going to keep at it and watch my stomach fat go away and be replaced with muscle.
