Just terrible picture quality. Not even up to 2k. It is impossible to recognize a license plate even from 15 feet away. Connecting to the phone is also not an easy task. You need to spend up to 15 minutes to simply connect the camera to the phone, just to set it up. The customer service is even worse than the video quality. For any remarks about the quality of the product, you are immediately accused that it is not so and the quality is much higher than you think. All negative reviews on the official website are simply deleted, I tried 4 times. As a conclusion - Absolutely useless customer service, terrible video quality, difficult connection to the phone at an excessively high price.

Just installed this in my 2024 MDX Type-S, plenty of install videos on YouTube so it’s relatively easy. The existing plugs are a little quirky to plug into the camera but still easier than having to run a wire and plug into a cigarette lighter plug. I purchased the front camera in 4K. Great picture and easy to connect to. Make sure you read the instructions from the seller when they message you through Amazon. They have a lot of tips and tricks to make the install easier.

The design of this makes it look like OEM which is great. If you install the rear camera you will barely see one wire for the run to the rear of the SUV. I still haven't had enough time to view the camera footage. So why the only 3 star review? I would like to see a firmware update in the future to include a voice that indicates the device is on and one that is is beginning to record. Without these options I don't actually know it is recording or if it is actually working. I've seen one video when these initially released that the device stopped working after a month and he only noticed it after the blue LED light stopped working. The manufacture needs to incorporate this in similar to other dashcam manufactures like Viofo. Not sure yet if I will keep it. Hopefully they address this in a revision soon.

This was my third differs vehicle installing this system. It is so easy to install and I really like that it look like it belongs. Running the cable for the rear camera was also pretty easy. You just need to pull down the rubber door gasket at the top and tuck it in behind it.
