As a high-end pressure cooker, I'm dissatisfied. It's not 316 stainless steel, a major letdown. This isn't a nuclear weapon or chip, where German manufacturing could be a differentiator. Rather, it's a cooking utensil where material matters. While the design and workmanship are admirable, they don't justify the price. It's made of 18/10 stainless steel, a variant of 304, which isn't as corrosion-resistant to seasonings as 316. For its cost, this cooker disappoints in material quality. ... show more
