I was super excited when I saw this 3 piece set and I need to have it. Problem is, I have never used a pressure cooker and still haven't even though I've had this for quite some time. What I can say about it is that it's clearly high-quality materials, well-built, and looks sharp.

In life, you usually get what you pay for. That is the case here. I use them on a regular stove, not an induction type. So i can't attest to their performance with that. You can feel that they are quality just by handling them. My food cooks super fast. It also infuses much more flavor into my food than a traditional pan/pot.

These are really nice and you can tell they are very well made, or at least I think I can. I don't have an induction stove, which is why I assume they are pretty pricey, so I am letting my friend borrow them for a while since he does have one. That said, I will follow up once I go to my friend's house to try them out myself on his induction stove.

The media could not be loaded. I love the one-handed lid lock mechanism. And not only does it heat up evenly thanks to that fancy base, but it works on any stovetop, even my fancy induction one. Plus, knowing it's made from sustainable stainless steel crafted from recycled material makes me feel good about my purchase.
