This sauna is very easy to set up and is a must have if you live in a small space and have no real room for a big one. It's portable and that means the world to me because I have a 500 sq ft apartment with few amenities. I will be honest, though, I didn’t know what to expect but I certainly wasn't expecting anything this nice or well made. It is high quality! The original product picture is misleading in that it shows it's taller than the woman standing next to it. It is only 53 inches tall which is about 4.5 feet so you will be required to sit. Furthermore, if you're a big girl like me, you'll want to find another chair. I did not feel safe sitting on the chair but if you're a thin person it will work fine for you, I’m sure. I'm not going to rate poorly due to my own size, lol. This steam pot this comes with puts off an incredible amount of steam and I wasn't expecting that. I like leaving it on for a while with the front of the tent open to work like a bit of a humidifier in my home. I have been able to tell a huge difference in my face just because of all the sweat I have lost. A lot of it is that my pores are being effectively drained by sweating but my sinuses seem to have gone down quite a bit as well. It really is a nice luxury to have and you can take it anywhere since it packs up nicely. I love this thing and I can't recommend it enough.

I was cautiously optimistic about this sauna; considering the price, I was thinking it was too good to be true. My wife has been wanting to try out a sauna, so at this price point I figured it was worth a try. After trying it out, I was happily surprised with how well it worked. The chair…I’m a bigger guy at 6’ 5” and 250lbs, so the chair is undersized for me. As some other reviews noted, this is a steam sauna and not an infrared sauna. Heat up time varies based on ambient temperature. I’ll probably eventually look to build a two person infrared sauna, but this is a great alternative.

This is an excellent steam sauna. It takes a while to get started, especially in the middle of winter, so I'd give it a good 15 minutes or so before getting in. The tent itself is well insulated. It has pockets! There are windows that unzip, which makes drying the sauna out between uses faster. There is a chair but it only really works if you're on the shorter side. I'm pretty short, closer to 5 ft, but I still like to sit cross-legged in the tent instead of up on the chair. It feels roomier that way. Also you're right next to the steam vent as the steam comes in. The sauna heater has a remote control so you don't have to get out if you want to change the settings. That's convenient when I'm in the sauna and need to change the temperature but I don't want to get out to do so. It's so cold and dry outside right now. I want to live in my little warm steam room. Lastly, this isn't an infrared sauna. It uses heated steam. Maybe the remote control uses infrared? I think someone got confused when writing the description of this sauna.

The box it came in was a hot mess, but thankfully, the sauna works great! I'm really happy with it, especially since it’s portable. I’ve been using it more often now that it’s cold outside and I have a large screened-in back porch. It’s the perfect way to stay warm and relax!

This portable sauna is great! You can take it anywhere and set it up anywhere! It's easy to set up and it heats up very quickly. The tent is more spacious than I expected! Definitely recommend!!

I have had mine up for a few weeks now and am starting to feel a difference in how I feel. It is really easy to put together and I feel like I'm pampering myself every time I go in. Great alternative to having to build one! And a lot cheaper!

This pop-up style is definitely easier than the ones with the poles. Trust me - I got the one with the poles, and it's a hassle to set up, so I didn't use it very often. Then, one of the pieces broke, and it makes the whole thing worthless (I tried fixing it with duck tape, it was just a hassle). However, with the pop-up style, I sometimes have problems folding it back up. There are online videos for help, I'm not sure why it always seems to take me so many tries to fold it up lol. But it folds up pretty small, with a storage case, and fits nicely on a basement shelf. I'm not sure why they call it infrared - I don't see anything infrared about it. It's just a standard steam generator, exactly like my previous sauna. It's also smaller than it looks. They do make them bigger, and even with folding chairs inside. I would suggest thinking about the footprint you're working with, and whether you have room for a slightly larger one. This one is about 30 inches across at the base (narrower on top), and a bit over 4 feet tall in the middle. You pretty much have to sit on the floor, or maybe bring a bucket or small stool inside with you (not wood - make sure it's plastic).
