This was a very critical tool for cleaning my evaporator coil. I bout a business condo that's about 46 years old. I don't think the central unit has been replaced within the last 20 years or more. I had an AC guy come out to clean the coil. He wouldn't. Said that the coil would be damaged if it were cleaned because of how old it is and because it was all soft copper. Wanted me to buy a $4,600 unit or more. The system keeps my shop nice and cold so I decided to clean it myself. My coil was caked with dirt, dust, mold, you name it. It was there. And thick. It was the consistency of potting soil but I had a layer of it in my coils. It took several times; spraying with cleaner, brushing with this tool and repeat. Over and over and over again. The tool was fabulous. I can't express enough how well it worked. This was no easy task but without it, I would have not been able to get the job done. Now my AC flows well and works a lot less to cool my shop down. This tool did not damage any fins or cause any problems. Nor did it break. It is still in perfect condition. Excellent product. Easily the best AC coil cleaning brush I’ve found. I’ve tried several coil cleaning brushes, and this one stands out. As of July 2026, I haven’t found anything that cleans as effectively or is as well designed. It makes removing dirt and debris from evaporator and condenser coils much easier while helping avoid damage to the delicate fins. The one feature that would make this product even better would be the ability to attach a wet/dry vacuum directly to the brush. As the bristles loosen dirt and debris from the coils, the vacuum could capture everything at the same time, making the job cleaner, faster, and reducing the amount of debris that falls into the drain pan or surrounding area. Even without that feature, this is an excellent product and one I would highly recommend. ... show more

This brush did wonders for me; I have a lot of cats so my coils will pack up from pulling cat hair and dander, which during the hot season will make your coils freeze over, after cutting my system off and using coil cleaner this brush took all the hair and dander out of the coils. Paying to have your AC unit cleaned is expensive so why pay all that money when you can do it yourself, this brush can be your answer; by the way I barely give reviews, something must be impressive for me to give a review. ... show more

This worked awesome. It is well made and does its job. I got some spray cleaner and let it sit on the coil and used this to get off the dirt. I sprayed it down a littel with a water spray botthe and now the air flow across the coil is great again! great brush. Glad I got it.

Works beautifully but the head falls off. I zipped a screw through it to prevent it falling off. Does not work on my new rheem condenser with 360 degree fins off each tube. Check your Condenser first.
