We got this jack to actually lift our 10x10 platform enclosure and it works wonders. We used both and they were easy to use and definitely got the job done. The enclosure has to be 1,000-1,200 lbs and both jacks lifted it with no issues. It's definitely a bang for the buck too and versatile.

A well made quality tool. It even came with extra springs and circlips. Previously purchased and returned the Yesland flooring jack (it has several names but it's gold in color). Not impressed with the quality.

Well made, but the ratchet catches that look like brass are pot metal. Broke the release tab first time used. Once this company saw my review they immediately reached out and replaced the broken jack. I think that jack just had a random manufacturing defect. The new one is really smooth operation and is working great. Best customer service I've ever had with any purchases.
