After locking myself out of my house, I decided it was time to change my locks to smart devices. I wanted a door lock that allowed for fingerprint and pin. The positive features of this lock are: *Fingerprint reader *Passcode PIN *Physical keys for backup *Backup power through USB ensures no lock-out even if batteries die (and it is the current usb-C, not micro jack) *Smartphone APP, which can greatly help in programming (registering multiple pins, fingerprints, temporary codes, auto-locking, other functions) The installation instructions were good. Lock and door handle seem solid, with no wiggle or loose play in movement as other handles have had. App works well as makes registering fingerprints and pins easier than programming with codes on the lock. Fingerprint reader works relatively well, but sometimes need to hold finger in position longer, or move and reset a few times to accept--do wish it was a bit better/more accurate, but its not bad. May try to re-register another print (same finger) which sometimes helps. It auto-locks within a few seconds, which is secure, but sometimes annoying (but you can change setting if desired). Seen a few reviews that state the lock is worthless and anyones fingerprint can unlock it, which was worrisome before purchase. But, this is a safety feature and clearly stated in the instructions: if pins and fingerprints are not correctly registered, it will allow any fingerprint to work to keep you from being locked out. You MUST register those pins/fingerprints correctly before the lock can function! Cannot determine how long the batteries will last at this time, and of course how often the lock is used, autolocking mode, ect. makes any claim meaningless. Mine has been going (with constant auto-lock) and a few unlocks a day, for 2 months with no issue so far. I like the door handle lock for its color choices, and fair price for the many features, which all work well.

We ordered the fingerprint door lock to keep kids and pets out of our bedroom. We have nice cream colored carpet in our room and I don't want it ruined. It allows me to take electronics, candy, or anything else I don't want our kids in and keep it away. It has also given me the peace of mind while showering that I will not be bothered. My husband installed it easily and our kids have no way of breaking the code or picking the lock. We only have our fingerprints as options for entry.

The door lock has good weight feels solid and the finger print sensor and keypad is very responsive and easy to use. The app is also very user friendly and easy to use. I would have liked to bed better informed on the gateway or other devices required to optimally control there for lock away from home. Other than that - not a bad product.

I purchased this door handle fingerprint lock for my home installation was Very simple with easy instructions. Connecting this to my wi-fi was simple it works amazing. It looks great it make any door look expensive and luxurious I liked it so much I have purchased a second one for my home. I recommend it has many different options for safety to your home and easy to access on the app. This handle lock has fingerprint options to open, it has pin and also Bluetooth......Great product so far no issues.

I have a mischievous toddler at home, and I bought this door lock to keep her out as she likes to take things out of my room. This has kept her out and I feel much more comfortable knowing that my things are secure! This door lock was super easy to install and I love the convenience of using your own finger print to unlock the door! You can also add fingerprints and different codes. The installation process was very smooth, I love having my locking door! With the app, adding new users and remotely locking/unlocking the door is so easy! I really like the silent mode feature, and how quick the door responds once scanning your fingerprint. Definitely worth the $85!
