Better than expected- faulty heater

Really impressed with this electric fireplace. Real wood and heavy duty. Doesn’t look cheap or fake. Instructions were easy to read and assemble. I unfortunately haven’t been able to use the actually heater of the fireplace because it would switch off after 10 seconds when turning it on. After some troubleshooting, it may be a faulty heater and I’ll just need to replace the electric fireplace insert instead.

Beautiful but disappointing

The fireplace itself is beautiful but the LED flame in the brick insert is as fake looking as it can get and looks nothing like any of the pictures from the seller or pictures from other reviews.

Hides all the ugly wires associated with our tv and provides a nice place for the tv itself too. Turns an otherwise ugly corner into a beautiful focal point. Mantel and base are beautiful, flames are really nice too. Fake logs are pretty cheesy but the fake stone is really nice. Overall very satisfied. Box is incredibly heavy and it took a solid two hours to assemble but well worth it. Love it.

Gorgeous but...

Overall, It is a NICE looking fireplace. Very heavy piece. Took my husband about 2 hours to put together. It did have several damanged pieces. Two of the pieces, we were able to hide or fix well enough to not be noticable. After all was said and done, we noticed the mantel was dented in the middle. So.... definitely not sending back after all of that time putting it together but I did reach out for a replacement mantel. Hopefully they will be sending that soon.
