I bought the 25 foot hose specifically to drain the hot water heater. My priorities were met. It screwed on very easily and did not leak a drop (unlike my old hose). It seems like a softer material so it might kink easily but it was not a problem for today’s task.

This is a great hose but if you like the bright neon orange hose like I do it fades in the sun to a salmon color. Very pale didn't hurt the working of it just the color was so pretty when I first received it. That's why I ordered plus it's 75 ft long . So it's long enought to go across my yard.

I recently purchased the hose advertised as kink-free and easy to coil, hoping to make my watering tasks a breeze. Unfortunately, my experience with this hose has been nothing short of frustrating and time-consuming. Firstly, the claim of being kink-free is far from the truth. Before every use, I find myself spending a considerable amount of time untangling and wrestling with the hose to remove the stubborn kinks. It's disappointing that such a basic function fails to meet its advertised promise. Moreover, coiling the hose back up after use is an arduous and exasperating process. It takes me an additional 15 minutes, filled with frustration, just to get it back into a somewhat presentable coil. This constant struggle to rewind the hose has become a significant inconvenience in my daily watering routine. To make matters worse, even the professionals have had enough of this hose's shortcomings. My landscaper, out of sheer frustration, angrily threw it down on the ground, expressing his dissatisfaction with its performance. If it fails to meet the standards of experienced professionals, it's safe to say that this hose is unfit for regular household use. The final straw came when my wife, who shares my frustration, insisted on throwing it in the trash after every use. This hose has become nothing more than a wasted investment, both in terms of money and the time spent battling its flaws. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hose to anyone seeking a hassle-free watering experience. Its claims of being kink-free and easy to coil are simply false advertisements. Save yourself the frustration and money by exploring other options in the market.

After over a year of use on my rooftop patio, the orange finish faded and left a sticky black residue on the entire hose. The hose is rolled up after each use which has locked in the shape and makes it kink when I use it. Hose itself is durable but would highly recommend storing in the shade.
