Love the cage. Easy assembly, I would recommend putting the wheels on if you plan on moving the cage from time to time. I think their could be another door on the back, there is one shelf that hard to get to when having to clean out.

Our boy needed a bigger house and this was A bit bigger. The material a little flimsy but not horrible. I was able to put it together easily by myself in about a 45mins to an hour. Zeus loves it and my son also loves it.. I really do wish it was bigger not anyone’s fault but my own I knew the measurements so I will be having to purchase another one again in about a year . price very reasonable for what you get it’s a good cage. ... show more

    • If your pet likes to chew then avoid this cage like the plague
Cage was not difficult to assemble. It is made of a very soft wood. Materials quality only average at best. Had cage only 10 days before 2 Degu pets were able to chew through the very flimsy plastic bedding tray in the base of the cage. I would recommend that the manufacturer supply a metal tray to prevent quick chew through by pets. Degu pets had also chewed up a bit of cage interior platforms as well as the tray. I was leery of this purchase but I did not know that the tray would be of such inferior quality that it would be destroyed that quickly. This cage was not designed for pets that chew and would have had to be replaced in less than a year even if the tray had not been an issue. I will add photos of cage soon. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This cafe is really pretty. It was easy to assemble but it is WAY too small for our ferret. He can barely fit on the “shelves” and is constantly falling off the stairs when he tries to use them. I wish we could return this as it really doesn’t work for us. It is very pretty and comes with a weird wooden toy that our ferret doesn’t play with but maybe rats do. It also came with a really nice (I think ceramic) dish - it falls off the shelves when he moves around and so it’s scary that isn’t glassware. The little house that I thought he would love barely fits on the shelf and for him has to go on the top shelf or he wouldn’t be able to go anywhere else. Sucks that it doesn’t work for us as it is really pretty. ... show more

    • Not for a Chinchilla
You should not say that this cage is for a Chinchilla. Chinchilla eat wood, I spent all this money on this cage And it is a eaten up now. You should not advertise this as a Chincilla cage. Also, it has made my Chinchilla very sick.
