A little after 3 weeks of having this chair and you'll see the issues with it. The armchair screws almost immediately stripped after a day. The wheels needed to be disassembled and greased. The faux leather starts peeling after 24 hours. Definitely not worth the money spent.

The brown leather with the stichwork is very nice ... I have used since Christmas and it is comfy but the only reason I give it 4 stars is the leg rest holds and I'm about 200 pounds so anyone a little heavier I see this being a problem if you care about that. But in all the chair is comfy and stylish for the price if you don't care about the leg rest which It really doesn't bother me at all. ... show more

Ordered this chair to replace my old one and was really looking forward to it. As I got it together the support bar and the adjustment plate do not line up as you can see in the pictures. I sent these to the seller and they said that it was installed wrong. I'm 100% sure it's not seeing as if I "flip" it I will not be able to use the adjustment levers and the mounting screws are not long enough. I am still waiting for a response from the seller on this issue. The chair looks nice and seems like it will work great for what I need it for. The customer support so far has been shoddy. I understand that there are people that can and will install things wrong. Edit: After waiting around 2 weeks the part arrived and the chair is now functional. After the initial breaking in of the chair it is moderately comfy and is holding up well. ... show more
