Just had it less than a week, but comfortable and sharp looking. I especially like the lower back lumbar support. For the price I haven't found anything to beat it. Be advised on assembly: You will need an assistant to get enough pressure on the back/seat joint while you align the bolts through the holes. Also on the arms: the broad flat part goes in vertical on the *inside* of the arm frame, that screws in under the top, wide end to the back. With that, assembly is simple and quick. The padding is not the densest it could be; it may not be very durable or last a long time - I'll see. Will try to keep this review updated. The design is remarkably compact and small footprint without sacrificing comfort. The swivel is great for my room layout. But for the price, if I get two years or more out it, I figure I will has gotten the utility I paid for. **** Update Nov 2020: Two years to the month later, and the chair is showing wear. The finish on the left arm inside is rubbing off and the the seat padding has compressed a lot; the lumbar support is gone. It is really not comfortable anymore. But for a high use chair of this type I am not surprised. Mechanically the frame and swivel are still fine. Now I got it here on sale for $196 so that's about $8/month so like I said above I got my money's worth. But I will not be replacing it with this model or at this price. ... show more

This chair is comfortable, with good padding. It's also average size, and average as far as assembly. It looks like it does in the advertisement, and the upholstery is good. Run away from this seller and this product in particular. These chairs are nowhere near plush and no one I know would put them in their living room. These are basically medium grade office furniture. The base swivel is made of plastic and the mechanism to recline is not smooth at all and makes you feel like it is going to break every time you use it. What makes it even worse is I didn't notice the return policy, where I was responsible to the return shipping, which was right at $475. The seller is misrepresenting this product. Worst purchase and experience I have made and had since I can remember. Only reason for a 1 is I didn't think the system would allow the review with a 0! ... show more

Packaged well, arrived quickly, comes almost all assembled and only need to attack a few bolts, attach the arms and the ottoman to its base. Chair looks great and is comfortable. The back reclines with makes it nice to adjust a comfortable position. I am 6'2" 275 lbs and chair fits me well and is comfortable. Great for watching a movie. ... show more
