I bought the hard case with the ukulele and got a soft case. The disappointment is real UPDATE: I informed the seller about the issue with getting the soft case instead of the hard case. He immediately shipped out the hard case! The seller also said to keep the soft case to keep me from having to ship it back! I really appreciate this so much. They really did go above and beyond! Thank you so much! I’ve been learning new skills like playing the ukulele while going through cancer treatment to push through the brain fog. It really does help! ... show more

I can’t play this well yet and wish I ordered the next size up because this seems too small to play. It looks like an American doll toy instrument. It is adorable and I love it. It is well made and easy to transport. The hard case has a shoulder strap and when slung over my shoulder is lighter than my purse. I might buy the bigger Fender uke and learn it first, then switch back to this one. My fingers are so big compared to the frets :). Beginner troubles.... ... show more

It's a nice little ukulele but I will never buy from this 3rd party company ever again. They just didn't send the strap, the tuner doesn't work at all (we've tried two batteries and nothing), the case is complete crap and the course that comes with it is a DVD from 2014.... They charge extra for these components and it's definitely not worth it. When I reached out to tell them I was missing the start they did send it....but they bombarded me with multiple emails asking for a review of the purchase. After nearly two weeks of this I blocked their contact email. Don't ask for a review when your mess up the order and charge extra for subpar items. I will never use this company again and you should y either. I only have two stars because the ukulele was decent. ... show more

This is an attractive ukulele, but it was impossible to tune. The strings are poor quality and the tuning pegs kept slipping so I could not get any of the strings tuned after several hours of trying (including letting it sit for a while between attempts) This was a present and unfortunately, K have to get it returned.
