Looks very cool in our 55 gallon tank and all the fish take turns occuping it. We even had one of our pearl gourami's hide in there and that's a fairly large fish. The tank below is 20 gallons fyi and it would fit in that one too.

Great looking piece! Packaging was done well, (Box with Styrofoam surrounding it and that was then in an shipping box). Piece is as described, there are a few skulls hidden in the rocks as well. Interior of the piece is open/hallow, it does have a flat bottom to it. 4 stars because there was green fuzzy material on the rocks, (glad I read the reviews prior) that when I rinsed the item it came off without any scrubbing. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RINSE/SOAK BEFORE PUTTING IN YOUR TANK!! (I noticed after rinsing and drying it there was a green tint left where the green fuzzy stuff was maybe this is the desired effect, if so would be great information for the buyer to have in advance.) Would be a great addition to this piece to have a hole for an air line in the back so you can add a bubbler to the inside might increase the Functionality of the piece as well. (My Husband was able to add a hole to the back of it for the air line.) Overall it is a great piece for our tank. Value for Money was right on! ... show more

I was on the fence with this purchase for awhile. It has been added and removed from my cart multiple times. I've had so many bad experiences with online ordering of aquarium decorations I was nervous! This is exactly as described, fairly large, well made, and the paint is very impressive. It looks great in my 55 gallon freshwater tank! As other reviews mentioned, the green "moss" did come off in fine hairs a bit, but a simple wash before installation fixed that immediately! (You should be washing things like this before use anyways!) ... show more

Some sharp edges that needed to be sanded down before use. But the fish love it and it looks great. We hallowed out the floor for easier cleaning due to the sand terrain. The skulls on the mountains were a nice detail. Heavy, and built well. It took longer than expected to remove the floor. The green is a nice contrast to our Siamese Algae Eaters (4" long) who love the cave. The Rubber Lip Pleco (3") enjoys hanging on Cthulhu. I've only seen our Green Phantom Pleco (6") in it once. The Siamese seemed to dominate it. ... show more

Very poor quality paint ruined my tank and killed my piranhas paint peels off and ruins water quality I took water to professional aquatic shop and harmful chemicals in the paint killed my stock of fish I’m very upset with this product do not purchase this!!!!!! I would give -5 stars I feel this company owes me a lot my 5 fish are dead thanks ... show more
