This chair is pretty great for the price point. The top of the chair back is a little low compared to, say, an HM Aeron and the like. The lumbar support is fairly good but isn’t adjustable. The lumbar does jut a little bit forward into the back to where it kind of keeps contact with the back as you sit. The tensioner that controls the amount of tilt back is too loose even it its tightest setting. That said, there is a lock you can use to prevent it leaning back at all if you need it (my husband has a long torso, so unlocking the tensioner means he’d kind of fall backward, but that’s not the case for me or for a ton of folks, but worth noting if you carry your weight up high). The seat bottom itself is really comfortable and the wheels roll and turn perfectly. The arm height is fantastic, which is incredibly important to me, maybe more so than lumbar support, because my elbows not having support eventually makes my lower back ache. Arms with low or no armrests are my nemesis. The height adjustment range is huge, so if you have an adjustable height desk, this chair may be ideal.

Having friends over to play computer games got me interested in providing better chairs for the long sessions. While the claim is this FelixKing chair supports "up to 250 lb capacity", it stops being comfortable well before that weight. The smallest guy is okay with it. I'm fairly average for height and weight and I have to put a cushion in the chair. The bigger guys stay away from this one. Not a bad chair, just average for the price range when I got it.
