Comfortable for sleeve, great for keeping wrists straight. Only one complaint - it comes with a tiny instruction sheet with print so small I cannot read even with my best high power reading glasses. If there is anything really important in there, would someone please send me a readable copy?

Honestly these things are a God send. I have CHF, diabetes type 2, foot neuropathy, spinal issues, pinched nerve damage, inflammation and arthritis issues. Yeah I have a lot of problems 😕. Well my left wrist hurts so bad daily, I use the wrist braces more than I use the ankle braces. I use it pretty tight, but still have slack and by the end of the night or after 5 hours I remove and the pain downgrades to a 3-4/10. It will limit your mobility some so be warned. I haven't had a problem with wearing it while I nap, no more inconveniencing than when I'm awake lol. I use it pretty tight but not too tight to help my circulation issues. Would recommend. Good quality, I would only say be warned. Sometimes I sweat from it and my arm and wrist be itchy until I take it off.

I bought these because I tend to sleep with my wrists bent forward, and I would wake up with soreness and stiffness. After using this brace for a few nights, the difference was noticeable. It keeps your wrist in a neutral position without feeling overly rigid or uncomfortable. The material is surprisingly comfortable and does not dig into your skin. The straps are easy to adjust and hold securely through the night without loosening. I was concerned it might feel bulky, but once it is on, you barely notice it after a while. What I like most is the balance between support and comfort. It is firm enough to prevent wrist bending but still comfortable enough to sleep normally. Build quality feels solid, and the stitching and Velcro seem durable. Overall, this has helped reduce my wrist discomfort significantly, especially overnight.
