This sling is sturdy and provides the needed support and stability needed. Unfortunately (like with any sling) I can't do what I need to do while wearing the sling. Thankfully the only part of my arm that needs to be immobile is my shoulder and upper arm. I've ordered a different sling that will allow movement of my lower arm, but I'll hold on to this one to wear as a reminder that I can't lift arm above shoulder or out to side. This sling here is easy to adjust while on the move, very comfortable to wear, and thin enough for good air circulation, in case you need it in a hot climate. This sling was supportive and mostly comfortable, and the fabric seemed good quality. However, as a smaller woman, it was much too large for me! The design makes it very supportive, but the extra strap also makes it bulky and a bit unattractive. It is a bit difficult to use, as you have to initially cut the strap to size, and you also have multiple straps to manage. I ended up returning it in favor of another sling. ... show more
