This elbow sleeve is light weight and provides great support. I have a small arm and measurement fell in the range for a small sleeve. Unfortunately it was too tight. Contacted company customer service and they gave me a refund and I ordered the Medium from Amazon which fits perfect. The customer service was real quick so no complaints with them standing behind the product.

I measured per their instructions. The small was to small, the medium was to small. I sent them back. That's the reason I gave them 4 stars because this product looks very nice. Light weight and comfortable material. I will buy again and order the large and XL.

You get what you pay for and what you pay for here is junk. The top and bottom sections cut into your arm and leave noticeable marks on your arms even when the sizing is right. Additionally, the sleeve has lettering on the inside, in place of a tag, and within two days this lettering was coming off and leaving the debris all over my arm. Don't buy.

I ordered a elbow sleeve. It arrived quick and I put it on immediately and it helped me a lot, but it was uncomfortable to wear for very long as it was very tight, then I noticed it was a small. I looked at the info that came with it and it said if the product did not fit well to contact them and they would send a new one. The did and in a couple of days I had a large. It gives my elbow the support I needed. And its aiding the recover of a hyper extended elbow because things I pick up are not a strain now. Great product. I’m ordering one for my knee now. Thanks for the great product, and the commitment to customer service
