I measure right in the middle of size M. It’s way too snug at the bicep, (pictured folded over in attempt to make it work). If I size up, I don’t think I’ll get any compression where I need it. Also pictured it folded in half to show how similar the size is between top and bottom. For the length, it’s barely more than a straight tube. 3 stars because I’m sure it’s fine if your arm is shaped like a tube, but my arm is more shaped like a cone. ... show more

This sleeve gives the perfect amount of compression without cutting off circulation. Just make sure you get the right size. The sizing chart is pretty accurate. The medium fit me perfectly. The material is good at keeping your arm cool. And it was comfortable enough for me to sleep with it on. I’ve had one of those thicker elbow compression sleeves that were just way too thick that sweat would accumulate under it. This is thin enough to make it feel like it’s not even there. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. The only complaint which is not that big of a deal is that the lettering on it started peeling after one day of using it (pictured). Other than that, I definitely would recommend it. And even if it starts falling apart, which I don’t see it happening soon, I would definitely buy another one of these. ... show more

I ordered this to wear under an arm brace that I had to wear for an injury. It was so small I have tiny wrist and couldn't even get it past my wrist. But it fits a 5-year-old perfectly.
