At first, when I received this order of the splints, I thought they had replaced the old Velcro material with fabric, leaving the Velcro only on the inside. I realized, however, they simply reversed the old Velcro, putting the Velcro on the inside, and the fabric that was previously on the inside, outside. Reversing this material was game changer! Nothing stuck to the fabric and the splint remained clean with no debris, even after wearing the splint constantly for several days. I jammed my pinky finger. I ordered these finger slings. It worked great. There are 3 different sizes to select from. It was also pretty comfortable, considering the situation. Would definitely recommend.
