Chair is comfortable. For a basic desk chair, the price is right. Quality is ok. Mine came with the wrong length bolts to secure the back to the seat cushion. But after some whittling out the plastic recess they worked. They were just a bit too short to start in the holes. The seatback is pretty comfortable. The rollers work as intended. Instructions were easy to follow. Haven’t tried the rollers on the carpet yet but seems like they will work fine. ... show more

The screws holders keeping the back and bottom of the chair broke after 6 months of use, leaving the chair sitting at an angle permanently. The quality of is not meant to last, I would not recommend if you want something that won't break after a few months of use.
