I really like this set so far. I’ve only used it three or four times, but here are my impressions so far. It’s attractive and for the cost, seems well made. I didn’t notice any flaws after unboxing. The set is attractive, and it’s nice that it has a little style. The pans heat quickly and evenly, and the non stick surface wipes clean…it mimics the non stick performance of Teflon without the forever chemicals. I know people say hand wash, but the set is advertised as dish washer safe, and I’m ok with increased wear for the convenience of the dishwasher. Comes out of the dishwasher looking new. I’m not a hard core cook, so this seems perfect for moderate or light use. I’m happy with my purchase.

Classy colors, works like it should, only 4 stars because i used one of the pots to try to make mac n cheese and the water just wouldn't get to a rolling boil Had to switch to one of my old pots.

Short-lived Durability

Gorgeous and non stick for a while... We've had them for 5 months so here's how it's worked: Immediately when we opened the boxes, the pots were stunning and exactly what I hoped for. We loved that they were non-stick and made cleaning so easy. They are even dishwasher safe. After two weeks of use, we noticed minor chips in one of the pots. It was only showing up in this one pot, so we thought maybe that one was flawed while the others were fine. Fast forward to 5 months later, all the pots have chips in them and are very difficult to clean or scrape the food off without soaking them for long periods of time. The cream color on the outside holds stains from food. If the heat is too intense, the pots get burn marks on the outside. Sadly, they look about 10 years old after only 5 months. We are so bummed because they started out so good in the beginning. We will need replacements soon.

I really like the Farberware. The only complaint I have is that the handles get hot. I guess I didn't realize that pot holders are needed which I am not use to.
