Delivery was scheduled on Amazon for about a month out from order. I received the item in roughly 2 weeks. Amazon still says awaiting delivery, so a bit of a disconnect there. The sauna was very easy to assemble. Instructions were simple to read. Has pictures and everything in case reading isn’t your thing. The only part that was a bit tedious was the top, because you can’t plug in the electronics on the top unless you leave space to get around it or you have a step ladder and stretch across the top, but it isn’t heavy so you can slide it back into space when finished. Overall operation is great. The sauna heats quickly to 149 degrees. The sauna is definitely not a 3 person…. 2 fit well but 3 you would be sitting on eachother. For the price point, it’s a good product. Does what it says and won’t break the bank. Only drawback if when you sit back against the wood slats, sometimes skin will touch one of the panels, and yea, they are hot. But you won’t burn unless you are hard core and keep the skin touching. Only issue we have had is the Bluetooth stopped connecting. Contacted the tech support line…the guys name is “Frankie”…. I think it’s his personal phone. Sounds Chinese and Definitely speaks broken English but communicating with him through txt is much easier. He tries to be very helpful, sent a bunch of pictures I had no idea what he was talking about as it was the inside of the top….. but ultimately I unplugged it for a few minutes and plugged it back in and it’s working again….. so that’s my fix for the Bluetooth…. Good luck if you need something more as it may be a challenge.

Heats up to 149 F. Gets up to 140 F in 15 minutes, which I thought was surprisingly quick. Within 25 minutes I've got a good sweat going. * The two bluetooth speakers are of decent quality and link up quickly with no problems. Listening to music or audio books makes the time pass more enjoyably. *This was one of the few saunas with the heater on the glass door, which is great for maintaining a consistent temperature in the sauna. *Also one of the few saunas with a heated tiled foot area, which makes more sense than having your sweat pool up on wood or a carbon heater. * Big enough for two to sit side-by-side, but small enough to fit within our bedroom. * Came well packaged, fairly easy setup by two people. * Like having the controls both inside and outside, so I can easily get it preheated and turn on/off the light afterwards for cleaning the sweat off the floor tiles. * Only things I would change would be to add even another heater to the wood wall adjacent to the door; also maybe find a way to limit the small amount of air leakage in the corners (not too bad though). Overall, great additional features (door heater, tiled floor heater, inside/outside controls, two Bluetooth speakers) at a comparable price to lesser featured saunas.

Even though I have owned this Sauna for a short time, I would definitely recommend it for several reasons. It is described to be ultra low EMF if you are concerned about the effects of higher levels. It is easy to assemble, although it can be assembled by one person, it is much faster if you have another set of hands. The sauna can be assembled in about 1 hour if you have read the instructions and have a helper. This does not take into account moving the three large and heavy boxes nor the time to unpack, which is considerable. It heats up to 149 degrees as advertised, although it takes a while, especially since mine is located in an unheated basement where the temperature is currently 48 degrees in January. The quality & workmanship appear to be very good and the value for money at $2,200 is excellent.

Great sauna. Easy to install. Definitely need 2 people. Seating could be wider. Holds 2 people, of average size. 3 is a little ridiculous. I placed the bottom section on a thin sheet of plywood and traced to create a platform for a carpeted room. Heats pretty fast. Bluetooth speakers have great sound. I added back rests but they can only fit in corner. Bench is a little narrow. Also could have more slats across heating elements. Will burn if skin touches pads.

We absolutely love this sauna. It’s become part of our daily routine and honestly feels like having a private wellness spa at home. The heat is consistent, warms up quickly, and the infrared panels feel amazing — super relaxing and helps us sleep better every night. It’s comfortable for 2 people max, which is perfect for us. The Canadian hemlock wood gives it a really high-end look and a great natural smell. It fits beautifully in our space and instantly upgraded the whole vibe of the room. Assembly was easier than expected, and once it’s set up, it’s very simple to use. We’ve been using it regularly and have had zero issues so far. If you’re on the fence, just get it. It’s one of those purchases you actually use all the time and don’t regret at all.

I love the reclining, adjustable seat and am really impressed with the quality of the sauna build overall. Every seam has some sealant to make sure there are no major heat leaks. The adjustable seat does at first seem like it is not sturdy when in recline mode (makes a lot of noise), but it works OK for me. I was concerned the temperature would not be hot enough, but I get more sweat in this sauna than one at a club that is supposed to go to 180F. I think it has to do with how the heat comes out of three walls. Delivery was a bit of a bear as the semi did not want to come down my one-way street, but the driver helped me load it and tie it down in my small pickup. You do need two people for installation. Not just for placing the roof. The front panel with all the glass is heavy for one person to move. Packaging was impressive and installations instructions were adequate. Overall my wife and I are very happy with this sauna.
