It heats up quickly – within 15 minutes, I’m already sweating. It’s been great for relieving stress and helping me unwind after a long day. I’ve been using it every evening for 30 minutes, and I always feel rejuvenated afterward. I did have a small issue with the cable during installation, but the seller was incredibly helpful and sent me a new one right away, along with a helpful video for the setup. It’s compact, so it fits perfectly in my space, and setting it up was a breeze. It only took about 10 minutes with my husband, and the materials feel solid for the price. The heat is great, it only takes about 10 minutes to reach the highest temperature, and after each session, I feel completely relaxed.
