Like it a lot, you just have to squat down to get in there. I am 5’6” I can’t stand up totally. But it heats up nice has Bluetooth. The heat comes up for your feet. It warms up quickly and stays warm. Turns off automatically .Happy sweating!

This is advertised as a Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy. This is not true. This sauna is Infrared ONLY. When putting it together I was wondering where the red lights were, but there were none to be found. I checked the manual and it menitons NOTHING about red light therapy, yet even as today, this description title for this item says "Lamar Far Infrared Sauna with Red Light Therapy". I contacted support and they confirmed there is NO RED LIGHT Therapy. Just the LED color changing light does have a choice of Red. This is definitely deceptive advertising. 1 single LED color changing light does not make this a red light therapy sauna. Aside from that, the Sauna was very easy to set up (under 30 minutes) and it does get hot fast and does reach the max advertised temperature of 149 degrees. The bluetooth speakers are nice and sound very good as well. Overall it's a nice product, but if you are looking for red light therapy, look elsewhere as this DOES NOT have it. ... show more

Absolutely love it, its got a small footprint and just big enough to fit me inside, im 5'10 #185 and I fit perfectly inside, no room to move around or change but perfect to sit there and sweat. Recommend!
