I had ordered this batter phone case for my husband before he had a mag-safe style case and portable charger. He really liked it while it lasted despite it being quite heavy - that was really the only drawback. The case kept his phone charged all day without an issue. While it was good for the time he had it, I don't know that it was the best option for him because he tends to be a bit rough with his electronic devices between work and the gym. Would probably be a better fit for someone who is a little "nicer" to their phone so it lasts longer. This case adds about 140g (~5 oz) to the weight of your cell phone, so it becomes noticeably heavier (but still fits nicely in my front pockets (never in the back), where I keep phone/wallet. The material is very slick, I wish it had slightly more traction for a somewhat better grip. The connector part looks blank - not the usual connector stripes - and had me wonder, but charging works just as expected once you press the button on the back seconds (to turn it off, double-press). Be sure to mind the instruction on the case to be gentle and mindful with the angle as you add/remove the phone! The included tempered glass screen protector is certainly also welcome; I go through 2-3 of those every year (they tend to break dramatically, but protect the screen much better than soft shields that don't break). I won't use it daily because my phone usually lasts through the day no problem as is, but there are outdoor scenarios like e.g. hiking, camping, flying a drone (where full brightness drains a phone battery noticeably faster than usual) or anytime there may be a lack of predictable charging opportunities where I will be more than happy to put up with the extra weight; I'm glad I now have that option! ... show more
