I've had this sauna now for one week and have used it everyday. This Kanlanth 1-2 person sauna, is beautiful, I am very very happy with the purchase. First , it was very well packaged. No damage to any parts. It was very easy for me ("an old lady" ) to put together by myself , but I did need help lifting the front heavy (quality made) glass panel and the roof. A neighbor helped me for 5 minutes to complete the job. It looks really nice. Attaching the electric wires together was easy as there was only one way they could connect, so I could not make a mistake. It is very well built, looks custom made, the wood is beautiful and smells good! The Bluetooth speakers sound great! The lighting is wonderful! The control panel is simple to operate. The sauna is very well insulated - I thought that it would heat up the room that I keep it in but it had very little effect on the temperature of the small room that it is set up in. It heats up extremely quickly so no waste of time or electricity. It is a great purchase and I am very satisfied with it. I don't expect to be disappointed with it in the future. If you like the idea of saunas I think you too will be happy with this Kanlanth 1-2 person sauna. By the way, I had a problem with the Bluetooth, (which was my own mistake), and contacted the company / seller. They responded very quickly and solved my problem of the Bluetooth not playing after I had connected two different phones to it. They told me to simply unplug it., plug it back in after 2 minutes, and it came right back on. Silly me! The speakers are really great~ And it makes the time in the sauna go so much quicker and happier! Thank you Kanlanth for your very good quality sauna, and most especially your prompt service help. Thank you for making a high quality sauna affordable and easily available and it takes up very little space. ENJOY GOOD HEALTH ♥️

The glass door of front panel was shattered when it shipped. No fault of the company..the delivery people decided to stack 2 of the other heavy boxes on top clearly labeled w glass inside. I wasn’t home for the drop off. Called customer service and the replacement shipped in just a few days. Excellent communication throughout the process of the replacement. The sauna was easy to assemble and it works great!

I had it a week before it stopped working. No power. Customer service wanted me to take some pictures, as I was removing a cover I saw a wire that was unplugged. When I plugged it in the sauna came back alive. Now it works great.

We purchased this sauna for our vacation cabin "up north". When it arrived, the package containing the glass door had clearly been dropped, as the door was shattered. After several frustrating calls to Amazon customer service (they suggested that I pack it back up and take to the post office...lol, it showed up on a pallet, so no), I contacted Katherine at Kanlanth. She was very helpful in helping me determine how to proceed. I took photos of the damage and they sent out another package with the glass door, no return needed. This greatly simplified matters. The sauna itself is very sturdy once assembled, although you definitely need at least 2 people to do it...3 would be useful. It heats up fairly quickly (15 minutes) and easily maintains 140 F. This unit (1-person) runs off of a normal 15 amp circuit so no special wiring required (this may not be the case for larger units). I would definitely purchase from them again. We are very happy with the product and again, kudos to Kanlanth for their customer service.

When we were snapping the panels together, we noticed the top corners on each wooden panel were cracked. We were able to snap everything together, which we did because snow was in our forecast and we didn't want the sauna exposed. I contacted Amazon who told me I needed to contact the company and gave me the number for Kanlanth. I called the number and the message I received was "This is Nathan" with no identifier in regarding Kanlanth. I cannot return the sauna because no truck can get up my drive in the winter. I have yet to hear from Kanlanth.

It's compact but I fit nicely into it. I'm 5'10, and my coworker who is 5'10 350 pounds fit in it as well. It takes about 13 minutes from 70 degrees to 140, it has a overhead vent to let out the humidity after your done. The front door panel heater is a nice touch because I like my knees warmed up and this does it nicely. Also there is a floor heater that heats your feet as well, and gets warm but not hot. Either way I use it everyday for 15 minutes. I think longer sessions would have more results but you know, you kind of get bored after so much time.
