There is plenty of extra room for a taller and larger person (my husband) to use it as well. I use it at 170 degrees, for 50 minutes, 3x per week. I wear a sports bra, running shorts and socks. I use it to relax my sore muscles, release toxins, and sweat out water weight. This also helps keep me from having hot flashes and night sweats, when used regularly. I've been wanting one of these for a long time, and this infrared sauna blanket has quickly become one of my favorite self-care tools. It heats up nicely (you can really feel the difference with the max setting), and the timer is super handy. I usually do about 40 minutes and feel so relaxed and refreshed after. It’s surprisingly easy to use and folds up well for storage. Great for sore muscles or just unwinding after a long day. Or if you're feeling cold, it's a great way to warm up, while doing something good for your body! Using it feels like a spa day without leaving the house!

You don't have a lot of space to build a sauna, and the nearest sauna facilities are far away with unaffordable prices for regular use. No problem! The first time I visited Korean sauna spa it was around 2021 and I fall in love with sauna, warm or hot temperatures and how well they help with joints, muscles, skin. There is a lot to talk about But I want to say that this blanket for what I think is great way to stay home and don’t go to spa, do your spa at home. And you can lay in bed. So quality is good, warms really quick, comfortable. I like it 10/10
