The media could not be loaded. A friend recommended this Sauna Blanket, and I am grateful she did! I tend to stay away from steam saunas because it is difficult for me to breathe in them. I also have never really sweat like normal people. This infrared sauna blanket is a game changer for me! This is like a sleeping-bag unit that cocoons you. It comes with 5 emergency blankets to use inside the unit. It also suggests laying a towel inside unit to absorb the sweat. My friend favors wrapping herself in a cotton sheet, so I did the same. I opted for no clothing other than panties. The temperatures can be raised beyond the pre-set 122 degrees. As a first-time user, I explored each setting and finally settled on the sweat producing 176. That temp gets very hot in the unit!!! I definitely had to adjust my body multiple times while at that setting. The unit itself of comfortable and cushy. I appreciate the ease of use at home. It folds up nice and compact for storage. I used it plugged into a surge protecter power strip with no issues. First use has a very mild, new plastic smell, but nothing strong or overwhelming. Satisfied with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure what to think about a sauna blanket at first but I went ahead and bought it, I'm glad I did. I can just lay down and relax while watching something on TV and this think makes me sweat a ton. I mostly use it for detoxing and it helps me with back aches. Very convenient and easy to implement into my routine. It's also easy to clean and store. I would advice to go easy on the temperature at first, the highest setting felt like it was burning the skin on my feet. It takes some getting used to so start low and go up slowly. It can take a few minutes for you to feel it get hot but it will. Don't underestimate it.

decided to try this one out since the previous one I had boughten from another company had issues my second time using it, 5 things I love about this product: 1. love the arm holes I love that you can choose to have your arms in or out I prefer my arms out 2. The controller I love that it shows you the heat setting its at and the amount of time you have left and its nice and big to read that's a big plus 3. Zippers & material seem very sturdy and tough its not cheaply made 4. The amount of sauna wraps you get included with the sauna blanket you get 5 (I already used 1) 😊 5. The travel bag is a Huge reason why I also decided to give this brand a try I don't have much space I needed somewhere to store the bag fits it perfectly I'm excited to keep using it to see the benefits love it! You should get one you can't beat the price for all the stuff they include 😊

Spending a little time in a sauna before bed has helped me with sleep for a long while, but I was wanted to try something more convenient than a home sauna, since the heating time, etc, is inconvenient before bed. I was expecting this to be maybe a glorified electric blanket, since I haven't tried something like this before, and was pleasantly surprised at how well this worked (though it's not perfect). For starters, it's very easy to "set up" - there's no more setup required than an electric blanket. Unbox it, remove it from the included carry bag, undo the cord ties, and plug it in. Overall the quality seems okay. The zippers are sturdy and move well, the stitching seems strong and solid. I can't yet comment on the quality of the actual fabric and heating element, but if it has any early failures I'll update this review. I did notice the control box seems to be really lightweight plastic - I do wonder if it would survive a couple falls from the bed to the floor, as could easily happen. Using it is easy. I laid it out on the bed, unzipped one side about half way, got in, and zipped it up from the inside. I didn't use the arm slots, instead keeping one arm out for the phone, but they seemed easy enough to use. As long as the main zipper is about halfway up (within reach), I don't think there's any difficulty getting and and out on your own. It gets surprisingly (and very) hot. It claims a maximum heat level of 167 F, both in the description and on the thermostat. I don't, to be honest, know what that could be measuring. There's very little "free air" inside a blanket, so I don't think it's reasonable to say it's surrounding you in 167 degree air. And if it were, you certainly aren't spending 30 minutes in it. Overall, though, it gets quite warm, quite quickly - so warm, in fact that I did notice a few hotspots inside that, at the highest setting, were borderline uncomfortable to stay in contact with. But, dialled back a bit, or with a towel to distribute heat, that was no longer an issue.

The media could not be loaded. I had a sauna blanket before and lost it in my move. This is a better replacement. I had a big machine before that needed to be screwed in, this is just plug and use. I suggest the blanket usage as well because it does get hot but you feel amazing when you get out. Worth the purchase.
