I ordered this radio to listen to Christmas music while decorating in any room of the house. It came on time and nicely packaged. It is a small CD/ radio, so it'll fit pretty much anywhere. The sound quality is what I expected for a smaller player and for the lower cost. But it does have decent sound. It can plug into an outlet ( cord included) or is completely portable too. It has a display showing the number of tracks, the ability to fast forward and go back to tracks and a pause button. I ordered the red since I'll be using it mostly around the holidays and also because it brought back middle school slumber party memories of a red radio my friend had. Once I'm done decorating I intend on using this radio in part of a display with all my Christmas CD's, if you're like me the amount of Christmas music you've collected over the years of wide variety deserves a spot in a holiday display! I would recommend this purchase, you won't be disappointed.

Good news-it’s small. Bad news is that you need a very good magnifying glass and EXCELLENT lighting to discern how to turn it on because it’s all one color including the itty bitty print. The instructions were deficient and proved next to useless. The electrical cord detaches very easily. The radio function is inexplicable you can’t read to dial on. I would not recommend this player.

I wanted a cheap-ish CD player that I could listen to while I work on the computer... after all, why splurge on something as antiquated as a CD player? The item arrived decently packaged. The cord is detachable, but the cord doesn't seem to match the common AC cord (like what goes into my Xbox Series S). Like others have said, the display only shows track number when in CD mode. In radio mode, all you get is a small LED that lights when the system is on. Audio quality is middling at best. Lacking in bass and treble, it sounds like... a cheap radio. Again, I'm not listening for hi-fi, so it doesn't bother me too much. Discs spin up quick and the disc drive isn't too loud. On either side of the boom box are dials: left is for volume and right is for tuning. Tuning is a bit inconvenient as the only way to approximate your frequency is by looking at a disk used to tune. Personally, I prefer having a tuning dial since I find it faster and quieter than having a digital tuner. I live in the city, near radio transmitters so reception quality is decent. The buttons used to control CD playback have their function debossed and emit a clicking sound when pressed. Overall, this purchase is just OK. I thought I wanted a cheap, barebones CD player and that's what this is. I wish I had thought more about how the radio frequency would be displayed, but it's not a dealbreaker for me. Just make sure that you are really OK with a cheap CD player before pulling the trigger; else you might be rather disappointed.

So far, very happy with this small boombox. I play a lot of audio books and am looking forward to enjoying them on this little box. Very pretty color! Easy to use. Radio did bring in some stations, none of whom I wanted to listen to, but the reception was okay. Good value for the money. Looking forward to lots and lots of great useage in the future. Thanks.
