I ordered this fandian for my living room. It has definitely upgraded the overall look of the room and we even got compliments from friends. The installation is slightly time consuming due to handling all the crystals individually and having 2 people will make it easy. Initially the light did not work and instead of returning the product, I reached out to the products customer service as indicated in the accompanying brochure and they immediately shipped me the full light kit. While the new light kit worked well, it was a wrong design. Even though it was not big issue, the customer service decided to ship me another replacement. This fandalier is BEAUTIFUL!! But once installed by my husband and it was turned on. My dining room looked like a disco party!!!!…. The fandalier was something I was so excited to have!! But very disappointed in what the light reflects…. I’ve seen these and always wanted one and now I’m disappointed. Sent it back and then wasn’t refunded all that we paid. $14.?? The media could not be loaded. I love this fan. The way the blades are transparent and come out when you turn the fan on, is super cool. It has 3 speeds and they all work great and it’s ultra quiet. I was worried it would be too big and bulky for my master bedroom, but it’s just the right size. The only thing that annoys me is that every time you turn the light on, you switch to a diferent colour (warm, daylight and white). If you leave it on 30 seconds and use the wall switch, it does remember which one you chose. But if you use the remote, it goes through all. When our contractor grade light/fan in our master bedroom started making loud noises I started doing research. I live in North Alabama and having an effective fan is crucial. I love that with the fandelier can strictly be a light source but it you need the fan you have that too. I also love that when the fan is not in use you don't see the blades at all. The media could not be loaded. Fast shipping! Arrived prior to arrival date. Absolutely beautiful. Did not give five stars because the instructions were horrible. I am lucky my husband is amazing at putting things together. Did take some time and we had to set it aside and come back to it because of the lack of directions. The fan feels great! Can’t see it. Aside from other issues with my ceiling that made it alittle difficult to install. Thiswas one of my best purchases in 2020. It looks sooo expensive and it makes absolutely no sound. I love it. All i need to do is paint that board white and it will a be blended. But i love love this ceiling fan.

The fan looks great. The only problem is the instruction that comes with the package is below par. Gladly the seller responded immediately by sending me the link to YouTube on how to install. And it is rather simple if you follow the YouTube. That is why I give 4 stars on "Easy to Install", because of the original instruction inside the package. I give 5 to everything else because it is a beautiful and great fan, totally worth the money spent.
