I absolutely love this chair! I wanted something that looked modern but was also comfortable enough for working from home, and this chair exceeded my expectations. The seat is wide enough to comfortably sit cross-legged, which is exactly what I was looking for. The padding is supportive without feeling too firm, and I can sit for hours without feeling uncomfortable. The flip-up arms are a great feature because they make it easy to slide the chair under my desk when I'm not using it, which helps save space. Update again: They got back to me, said it clearly was a manufacturing error, their bad, sent me a new piece for the broken one. I open it oops it also has manufacturing errors so it doesn't fit. I contacted them again and sent new pictures and they said no problem and sent me another new piece and it was perfect and no manufacturing errors! It all was very quick. My review would've been updated sooner if I hadn't been so wrapped up in life lately but so far since we have the the right parts there's been no issues and the chair is beautiful and comfortable and nice and wide. I highly recommend. Excellent customer service as well! Update: They got back to be first chance they could (like in the middle of the night and agree there was a manufacturing error are are sending me a replacement piece easy peasy lemon squeezey which is excellent because so far I love everything else about this chair it's perfect for my various sitting positions I sit in while llaying games on my PC/Xbox, while drawing/painting, whole doing college school work, doing research for a book project I'm working on, you name it I already feel the creative flow starting up again which is why I chose this chair bc it fits into my area in creating for myself very well. Will update when the replacement piece arrives. ----------------- The charo itself is so cute and comfortable I'm literally in love it's perfect for what I need except for the fact that the legs gave out on less than 24 hours, I have contacted the seller and am awaiting a reply (it's Sunday so it'll be a little while) and will update when I receive a response but for now I'm disappointed I didn't even have it for 24 hours before there was a problem and for spendy this chair is im disappointed .

This chair has no expectations of you. It isn't a fancy executive chair carrying the weight of fancy decisions. It isn't a standard office chair evoking menial office labor. It isn't a hyped up gaming chair with the implicit pressure to get good. It is simply a chair. A big, comfy chair. One that is there for you, waiting to support you, whenever it is time for your next sit, whatever the reason may be. This chair is comfy. The seat is firm but thick and squishy enough to be cozy, the back is plush enough to provide lumbar support, and the arms are soft enough that my elbows never feel raw after resting on them. It is well built and sturdy (so far, only had it for a few days). The fabric is soft but of an upholstery grade that it seems like it will handle wear and tear fairly well. It was simple to assemble and not terribly heavy. The height adjustment lever, rocking sensitivity valve, and arm adjustment buttons all work well. It does lack support for the head and upper back, as the backrest is fairly low and can not be adjusted higher. The seat tilt can only be flat or on "rocking chair" mode (the ability to rock does somewhat make up for a lack of other lockable positions), you cannot lock the seat tilt at different angles. All of these things were features I was hoping to find for quality of life, but when weighed against the other strengths of this chair, I decided it was still my best option. I LOVE that it is extra wide. Plenty of room to curl up or sit cross cross. I love the cushiness of the seat and softness of the fabric. The variety of color choices are great. The overall design and aesthetic is really nice and brings the comfort of a cozy armchair to your desk and computer. I have enjoyed reading, writing, gaming etc. on my PC so far in it and it is just really comfy and nice. Very glad I finally committed and bought it.

I have ordered this chair 3 times because I absolutely love it! I even shared with multiple coworkers. It looks just like the picture, it’s soft and stable. Easy to put together and rolls across multiple services including carpet easily.

Chair is nice but has a smell. Not too strong but you notice it for sure. Easy assembly but the right arm rest was damaged. The cushion is nice but I didn't have a cushion before this so I'm not a good judge of that just yet. It seems very stable and it slides under my desk well. The back comes up to just under my shoulder blades. All in all I don't think I'd buy this again for the price I paid. Wish they'd send an arm that isn't broken out of the box. Update- the original review has 3 stars from me but this is now my favorite company. I'm assuming upon seeing my review (since I never messaged or requested anything myself), the company took it upon themselves to send me a replacement arm. Came unbroken and I never even had to say anything which earned a star in itself. I've also realized that I've grown very fond of it. The material has stayed nice and keeps my feet warm when I sit criss-cross. Also, the smell out of the box went away within a day. The chair has held up nicely and I love the rocking feature. The cushion is still soft and supportive on both parts of the chair and I was skeptical of the durability of the arms when I got it but I've had no issues and everything works great. It reclines so far back I worry I'll fall but I have yet to have that happen. I seem to be eating my words because I would absolutely buy another one of these after having it for a month.

I really loved this chair when I first got it. I sit so weird in chairs, usually criss-cross or with my knees bent weird and traditional office chairs are always a pain for me. I loved everything about this chair UNTIL…. It broke in only 5 months. I can still sit in it (very unstable) but the welding underneath the chair broke and now it sits sideways and is probably going to completely break off the stem here soon, I’m just too stubborn to actually throw it away yet. I’m so sad about it because I really loved this chair and I spent a lot of money (well it’s a lot of money for me). I wish it had lasted longer and I’m not sure that I would recommend anyone buy it if you want something to actually last.

The chair is okay but for $140+ it’s not worth it. The fabric feels super cheap and like it’s going to fall apart. The visible zipper is bright blue?? Weird choice. It has a strong odor (like vinegar?) and on top of all of that the small print of the instructions state that if you want to return it for any reason besides damage, you have to pay return shipping. I 100% would not have bought this if I knew that. It doesn’t state that anywhere on the listing. So I’m stuck with this expensive bad quality chair which sucks. The only good point is that it visually looks nice and there are arm rests. I also thought the directions were easy to understand.

Big girl friendly! The materials so soft and doesn’t fade. Very much worth the money! I like that I can put the handles down and adjust the height being that my L shape desk gets in the way a lot of the time but not with this chair! I weight almost 400lbs but I feel safe and supported. I did add a higher weight capacity set of wheels and changed the metal piece to a higher weight capacity as well. Overall this chair is perfect and I know I’ll have it for a while.
