These were better than expected. I would compare the feel of the sponge to the real techniques sponges. I haven’t gotten them wet yet so not sure about water absorption but overall happy.

At first, I thought these applicators were not really necessary; however upon using them, I realized that they are indeed saving me have to wash my hands and dry with a paper towel at least 2 times per day. I apply sunscreen during day & retinol at night with them. I used to apply with my hands and afterward have to wash my hands thoroughly and dry with paper towel. Now all I do is just a rinse the sponge after each application. Also, the sponges are dense, hold the creams well, and provide a much bigger surface (coverage) area than my fingertips could ever do -- which also saves time. ... show more
