I went to a local retailer to look at fans they had in stock. I was sticker shocked at the prices they had. So I bought these fans one at a time just in case they weren't a piece of junk. When I got the first one in I took my time to assemble made sure all screws were tight and not over done. Replaced my old piece of junk that I had, with this beautiful fan that I assembled and hooked it up. All I can say is W O W for $130.00 I'll still say W O W. This company is horrible. The fan only worked for 2 months. I contacted Amazon to help and they said it's part the return date and I have to contact the business. I did. They said they think it's an electrical box and they will mail it to me....I have already spent $250 on this fan with an electrician and now I have to pay him to take it a part and put this part in? Then what if that isn't the issue.??? Then I have to pay for him to put it up again and take it down again??? When I explained this and that I've bought other fans from them.... they did not offer to reimburse me not offer top send me a new fan. This fan isn't working at all... no power. Then they said they wanted proof of all my other order numbers????? Have they lost their minds? I will be contacting Amazon bank to let them know what a horrible business this is and I will no longer buy a fan from them. I hope you don't either. I love the look of this fan. Comes with a remote control for the fan and light. It has several speeds but you honestly only need it on level one- it moves the air very well! No noise but very difficult to balance for the higher speeds, and the light works in an odd way with normal wall switches....best to just use the remote. ... show more
